We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Gwynn's place, it is so peaceful and lovely. Like a secret garden getaway. We loved all the small touches, and beauty of the space. Gwynn made us feel very welcome and comfortable! The pool is amazing and the outdoor spaces are delightful. Can't wait to stay here again.

We had such a lovely time at Jane's casita. It was so quiet, walkable to everything, and peaceful. Lots of birds to be seen from the patio. I'm glad we stayed here for our San Diego vacation and would definitely stay here again! Cute decor, too :)

Stephen's place met our needs for our 2 night stay. The space was small but well-appointed and it was nice to sit out in the garden. It is in a beautiful area that is walkable to restaurants and a park. Stephen was very helpful and friendly. Recommended for a couple who want to enjoy a good neighborhood that is convenient to sights in San Diego

Absolutely worth it. Beautiful place. Cozy with gorgeous gardens. Also a nice welcome touch of bowl of fruits, chocolates and plenty to drink. Loved it.

My husband and I stayed at Sean's place to help our daughter move to San Diego, our stay was absolutely perfect! Super clean, fun decor, nice unexpected treats for guests, sheets, towels, bed all comfy. I actually want to replicate some of the decor! Location is great and quiet. Loved having a designated parking space. For our future visits we won't have to look any further, I know this will be our place to stay. Sean's instructions for check-in is very thorough, making check-in so easy. We really appreciated the recommendations he provided with places to eat, to grab a coffee and even the local farmers market. I find so many checkout's so complicated and cumbersome, Sean's is very very reasonable. I highly recommend booking with Sean, you won't be disappointed.

Lynae’s place was wonderful, as was Lynae! Balboa park right nearby, with gorgeous trails and scenery. Walkable to North Park area which had a fun variety of bars, shops, and restaurants. Lynae was a wonderful host - responsive, kind, flexible - and the home was bright, airy, with gorgeous views. We couldn’t say enough good things about the wall of jasmine walking in. Thank you Lynae for having us in your home!

We had a fabulous time at the Granny Flat! Everything was pristine and Kristen has thought of every amenity. She was kind and responsive. We loved the peaceful backyard with gorgeous views. The location is super convenient and a max of 25-30 mins to anywhere else in the SD area. Our pups had a great time, too! Would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Carolina's property. The property looks exactly like the pictures (really cute and bright) and any amenity that you might need was provided. Carolina is quick to communicate and very helpful. We will definitely return!

Jeanne and John's place was exactly as advertised in the description and photographs. The backyard and pool were beautiful unfortunately the weather and our schedule of events did not permit us time to indulge. If we ever needed a place in the area again we would definitely reserve another stay. We felt so welcomed and the extras were so thoughtful...like a balloon for my husband's birthday and a handwritten welcome letter. Thank you for the hospitality!

I loved staying here! This location is close to everything, you don’t have to drive so far or go out of your way, everything is only a few minutes away. There’s even convenient stores that are walkable and Laurie is so nice, sweet, very communicative and just awesome. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone visiting San Diego! I’ll for sure be back!

Alexandra was extremely accommodating, with a great private space that matched the description and photos well. The studio was clean and neat, additionally they had a guest streaming account as well as other great amenities!

A fantastic location in North Park near Balboa Park with gorgeous views from the 2nd floor deck. It made for a gorgeous backdrop for graduation family photos! There are ample nearby restaurant choices for this safe and quiet neighborhood. Comes with a very comfortable bed, and a variety of pillows with an efficient kitchenette.. only wish the shower head streamed more water. Hosts were very gracious and responsive to our requests. I definitly plan to stay here again and have already recommended this awesome place to friends.

We loved staying at Allison & James’s off-grid cabin stay! They were extremely accommodating to our late check in time due to a late flight and communication was easy. The cabin itself is one of a kind and makes for such a unique experience. We took full advantage of everything it has to offer — outdoor cinema + the fire pit + the outdoor soaking tub. Although it’s considered off grid, the cabin didn’t miss a beat. I will say, the ride down to the cabin is a bit steep (due to an unfortunate flash flood years ago), but when staying in a spot like this, you’re signing up for an adventure and it definitely was one riding down the hill in the solar powered golf cart! Overall, we were really pleased with this stay and agreed it was the neatest place we’ve stayed yet! Thank you again Allison and James for your hospitality. Highest recommendation!

Angie’s place was perfect for us. The place was exactly as described and was walking distance to popular restaurants and activities, including Balboa Park. Angie and co-host Peter were also very response to our request and addressed all of our questions in a timely manner. Although the home does not have dedicated parking, there was plenty of street parking a block away. Will stay here again!

The place was exactly as described! Paid for a place with far less amenities for the exact same price range so definitely recommend this one!

Carrie’s Casita was the perfect antidote to over-priced hotels in touristy areas of San Diego. Charming, roomy, comfortable and close to great North Park neighborhood attractions with an easy 15-minute walk, it was a great place to call home base. Street parking was always available, so no worries for folks with rental cars. Carrie kindly answered any questions I had quickly, and she has a terrific list of fun places to eat, and things to do and see in San Diego. Nights were peaceful and lots of windows made for cool breezes and good sleeping, though there is a/c if needed, too. I would highly recommend and would certainly stay here again, if I return to San Diego.

We loved our stay. From the beginning, Jessica was very responsive and friendly. The place was exactly as pictured. Jessica put so much thought into the small details that many other places don't think about. There was a pack and play for my almost 2 year old, but what stood out was the memory foam mattress insert and she provided tiny linens, pillow, and blankets. I've stayed at other places where they literally only had the pack and play and that was it. We were told to bring our own linens. My daughter used the toddler cot which also had linens and blankets. My kids loved the playhouses outside. They swept the outside area of any leaves every day. Pretty genius of Jessica to provide kid brooms to help keep her place clean. Now if only I can convince them to clean when we're at home! We would definitely stay again or try the larger main house if we come back.

my daughter and I stayed at Susie and Britt's poolhouse for 6 nights when we were in the San Diego area for a wedding. At first we thought we would look for a beach rental but then heard that it can be foggy on the coast during May and June and going 5 miles inland can make a big difference with weather. we looked in Rancho Sante Fe because that we where the wedding venue was located and we really hit the jackpot! Everything is just as described- very relaxing times in the jacuzzi and by the fire pit in the evenings. The travel to the surrounding SanDiego sights was super easy. Highly recommend this rental!!!

Excellent place. We loved the location relative to the sites we wanted to see. Free parking, laundry, very well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. We were very comfortable and happy here. And as a host Wendy was phenomenal. One of the most responsive hosts I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with on Airbnb. Thank you Wendy!!!

My wife and I stayed here with our nearly 6mo old son. Check in was a breeze. Place was perfect for the 3 of us. May have been too small if it were 4 adults. The neighborhood is great. Really felt like home for us. Plenty of street parking and very walkable to many restaurants and bars.

Great location nearby to most major attractions. Easy check in, clean home, and host was quick to respond to any issues. Would stay again
