It measures 40 m2 Carrez law. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children (+ 1 baby) but possible for 4 adults and 2 children (see room description in detail), not suitable for 6 adults. Recent, well-equipped place. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and small groups.
