We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to Maurine and the hosts of this AirBNB! This house is truly a gem and exceeded our expectations! We loved everything about this property- from the comfortable, homey setting to the beautiful landscaping and outdoor spaces. Directions and communication were clear and guest friendly. On behalf of the 5 of us, on our girls' getaway, we thank you all wholeheartedly and are already planning on returning next April! Thank you for sharing this truly special home with us. It was a perfect 5 star get-away from beginning to end!

Amazing retreat in the Redwoods - the property is quiet, has beautiful views of the redwoods with both outdoor sun and shade spots, and has a cool interior. Pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot day. I would stay again! We stayed in May, and while the yard was mowed, it had a type of grass that was very prickly so not barefoot or dog friendly - so we weren’t fully able to enjoy the expansive yard space.

I loved this place. It was beautifully decorated and had amazing views. The pool was an added benefit on hot days! It’s somewhat small for a group because it only has one bedroom but still worth the experience.

The Treehouse was a perfect getaway for a family of 8 adults and one child. Surroundings were beautiful. Nature was plentiful. The place had great amenities, kitchen well stocked, and the pool and hot tub one of a kind of !! We all had a great stay !!!

Bill is an incredible host! He is so kind and responsive, always trying to make your stay 10/10. The house is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked. If you want a truly peaceful and relaxing place to stay, with a kind and attentive host, this is the place you should stay!

Great find in Sonoma! Well located with easy walks but in a peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of space for our four women on a girls’ trip!

This was the best experience at an Airbnb in our 10+ years of travel in the US and abroad. Amazing, peaceful, quiet, impeccably clean, easy to access, bedding was amazing, amenities incredible….and even better than the pictures! Loved the outdoor amenities and the host was so kind and inviting. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to CA.

We were in town for a family wedding. Dave's house was just beautiful! Very private with beautiful grounds! We were fortunate enough to have great weather and were able to take advantage of the pool, which was lovely. The bathrooms were all beautifully redone. The beds were HEAVENLY! We were unable to take advantage of the many recommendations because we had family obligations, but they were plentiful! The location of the house is just perfect... less than 2 miles into the center of Sebastopol and less than 30 mins to some great excursions! Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Hillary and Jim’s was nothing short of amazing. We underestimated just how great our stay would be. The views were absolutely stunning! The hosts were humble, sweet, attentive and give you plenty of privacy. The cleaners do a wonderful job, I was thrilled to hop in the Japanese soaking tub knowing it was clean. Location felt safe and was conveniently located in an upscale neighborhood just outside San Francisco. The weather here is amazing, significantly warmer than the city with less intense wind-plus it’s pretty much fog free! It was perfect coming back from long days in San Francisco to easy parking, a beautiful garden walk down to the bungalow, moon/bridge views over the water and peace of mind you and your belongings are in a safe place. We can’t wait to come back! *China town, palace of fine arts, go car tours, Alcatraz island, hop on hop off bus tours and pier 39 sea lion watching were all hits. McNears park is definitely worth the couple minute drive as well!

We had an amazing stay at Casita Casita, the kids had so much fun in the pool and the kitchen was beautiful. On the last day, my six year old didn’t want to leave, she said she wished we could live there forever. It was super clean and when I did have a question, Courtney replied almost immediately. She was super great to work with, she sent us the house guide before our arrival and it included food recommendations. There was also a book printed guide which we actually referenced a lot! So that was helpful. The location is EXTREMELY walkable, we had fun walking to local shops and restaurants and the local park and bocci ball court.

We stayed at Paula's house for almost 4 months. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Paula’s. Paula is super attentive. My flight arrived late, and she carefully and thoughtfully asked me what I wanted her to buy at the grocery store so that when I arrived at the house the supplies would be ready. The house is wonderful, clean, with lots of light, very spacious and comfortable, particularly the bed on which I slept soundly every night, the closet was ample sized, spacious fully equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, spacious and comfortable living rooms, it has a deck on the front and there is a sunny back deck too. The house is very well furnished. You won't miss anything. A peaceful and spectacular place to relax. It has excellent energy. Paula is friendly and provides great hospitality. Always kind, easy to communicate and helpful. Staying there was like being in a home away from home. I would return a thousand times with a light heart full of gratitude.

Trevor was a wonderful host and his unit was beautiful. If anything, the pictures do not do it justice. Trouble was also extremely accommodating with our last-minute request to book and our request to stay another day because everything was so nice. I would be happy to stay in Trevor’s place again.

What an absolute pleasure to stay at Jewel on the Avenue!! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could want for a group get away. It’s also perfectly located near downtown. We were initially using San Anselmo as a home base to visit a couple places around the area but we ended up spending a good amount of time downtown. San Anselmo is so lovely!! We will definitely be back. Thank you thank you to our wonderful hosts Geri & Laura!!!

I can not say enough about how rejuvinating it was to stay at Matt's stunning home in Mill Valley. Our ONLY regret was that we did not stay for long enough. Matt is extremely kind, open and responsive. Waking up in the trees, taking a dip in the tub with morning coffee, and watching the deer walk by was our favorite past time. We took afternoon walks along the tree lined trail right in the back yard which was an incredible perk. Once you are there, you never truly never want to leave. The beds are extremely comfortable, water pressure is great and the home is stocked with all the amenities you might need. We stopped at Whole Foods on our way in to stock up for the first few meals --- we were so glad we did that and highly recommend. The house is located up the winding roads and then 100 stairs to climb up, but that is what makes it the spectaular experience it is. We can't wait to get back. Thank you, Matt!

Wendy was a fantastic host and her home is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect as a peaceful and safe retreat and equally, is so close to all amenities. Can’t wait to revisit!

very quiet with beautiful view. hosts were very responsive. place is very clean with modern appliances in working order , washer and dryer are very efficient and quiet. I have back pain and the bed is very comfortable. it is easy and safe to park on the property.

Marianne has created a beautiful oasis for guests to relax and recharge. As a fellow airbnb superhost for the past 15 years I can truly say this was the most well stocked and appointed airbnb that I have stayed in. Aspirational. 5 stars all around. We will definitely be back!

This little treehouse cottage was a fantastic stay, and a beautiful home! Everything was clean, and it had a cozy bed, great water pressure, and dedicated parking; all huge benefits. Not a bad drive into San Francisco. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was a fabulous place and just perfect for us. The kitchen was great, we did some entertaining with our California relatives while we were there, had all the utensils, pots, pans, grills, platters we needed. Beautiful deck and outside area, great for morning coffee and evening Yahtzee; lovely plantings that made it feel even more secluded, we loved the hot tub, the beds were really comfortable, completely clean, the host was wonderfully responsive, the street was nice and quiet but also very easy to get to. I 100% recommend, and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for giving us such a lovely California home for a week!

Jenny’s house was a perfect spot for our family vacation. The location was central to everything we wanted to do in Marin. Shops, restaurants, parks and the freeway are all so close by and the spacious gated parking was a wonderful bonus. The guest rooms were very comfortable and the many indoor and outdoor common spaces were cozy and inviting.

It was so wonderful in the Treehouse! We will be back - we had wonderful family time with two grown kids (following our son's college graduation!). We love Marin County and the scenery, hiking, towns, food, sunshine was restorative. Truly, though, the house was the star - cozy but plenty of room, beautifully appointed and decorated, amazing location and views, walk to town and trails with expansive views ... we can't wait to be there again! Wow - we had an amazing stay and loved Job's beautiful home. The photos barely capture the incredible views. 180 degrees views of Mt. Tam all the way down to the Bay - truly on top of world. Pool was bigger than expected, warm water, great covered porch, VERY nice pool house/bedroom & bath. All beds were super comfortable, everything sparkling clean and living room was such a great and comfy area to watch movies or just look at the view with a good book. Kitchen is outfitted (and labeled) with everything you need. Very close to San Anslemo downtown - which is filled with great lunch spots, coffee shops. So much to do in Marin and this is centrally located (note a steep driveway but we had no issues.) Can't think of a single improvement Job could make. I left something behind and he responded that day that he would ship back to me. One of our most favorite Airbnbs ever. THANK YOU!

This was a once in a life time experience. The house was amazing, as beautiful as the picture. There were more than enough kitchen towels, bath towel, blankets, sitting and sleeping space. The house was huge, outstanding architecture, and right in front of the bay. The best part was that we thought it was going to be cold and ocean waves too loud, however, it was perfect, calm flowing water and fresh cool air. Peaceful and cheerful ambiance. We were blessed to have this experience. Check out was a breeze. There was a few minor findings that Kyle was able to address immediately. We will definitely come back again, if we can afford it.
