Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cortland County

I stayed here while in Cortland for my kids’ basketball tournament and had a great experience. Before booking, I messaged the host to confirm the location was central to all the tournament venues—she responded quickly and was very helpful. The spot ended up being perfect, just five minutes from everywhere we needed to be. The space was roomy and comfortable, and having a kitchen was a huge plus for cutting down on eating out. The host was super accommodating with special requests, answered all my questions, and provided clear, detailed instructions that made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for us to stay while visiting family. We had been looking for something closer than the hotels to their house and this was perfect! It was clean and cozy and was exactly what was advertised

I love that they offered decaf coffee. as someone who likes to drink a cup of decaf at night. Personally I would like curtains in the bedroom to block out the morning sun. The kitchen sink is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great find!! The space was exactly as described, had comfortable beds, a good layout, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had trouble getting in one night (totally our fault) and Callie was so responsive and came right over to help us out! Would definitely stay again if ever in the area in the future.

great little place near Cortland, very comfy

This is a perfect place to stay for a weekend of skiing at local mountains. Very easy to find, setup is great for a family or a group. Kitchen is more than adequate and laundry service is a nice touch. Highly recommend.

Just wow. Our group of old friends felt like we hit the jackpot with this Airbnb. Floyd's beautifully restored and maintained Victorian home was one of the most stunning I've ever seen, and we feel lucky to have found and stayed here. Floyd told us about the history of the home and the things his family has done with it. Next time we are up, we will definitely be sure to book massages with his daughter and wife! We stayed here and saw a concert at Beak & Skiff orchard. We also had a delicious brunch this morning at Harry Tony's. We hope to come back, stay longer, and take a dip in the pool. Floyd had it all ready for us, but we weren't able to use it due to time and weather. Thanks for a great weekend!

Another great stay at Farmhouse. Super clean and comfortable. If you are seeing a show at the performing arts center this place can not be beat. It is a quick, easy walk. I drive out from Trumansburg and whenever I need a place to stay after a show, this is my go-to location. Excellent communication. Highly recommended!

Caryn's cabin was a cozy, comfortable stay perfect for our family of 4. We spent a week over the New Year holiday at this very well-stocked and appointed home. Every detail was considered in making this a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and utensils a home cook would want, to the very nice linens, blankets and bathroom amenities. There was plenty in the house for our needs and we didn't feel anything was missing at all. Sleeping arrangements were also very comfortable, the house was perfect temperature and easy to adjust to our needs and we enjoyed using the Sauna after a full day on the mountain. Everything in the cabin was quality and it made our stay a real joy. The location was perfect as we planned to spend our days skiing at Greek Peak, and it's just a short drive to supermarkets and Cortland. Caryn and Chris were both very responsive and helpful in every way possible and beyond welcoming. Overall 5 star experience highly recommend!

We stayed here while we were in town for a work trip. This was such a cozy spot with a gorgeous lake view! The rooms upstairs are a little small and the ceiling is pretty low so be aware if you have tall people in your group. Otherwise it was perfect, we'd definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The location is beautiful and the house was just as described. It was great having enough room to all stay in one place to celebrate my daughter graduating from Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine. And, our dog was also allowed to come!

Our family had an absolute blast! My son and husband are both avid fishermen and caught multiple species of fish. We went on a great hike and enjoyed some local music in Tully. The kitchen was really nicely stocked which we appreciated since we like to cook. Highly recommend!

Great place for a big group, very clean and very comfortable with a big living room. Peaceful area and plenty of parking. Paul was a great host, very responsive friendly and check in and check out was easy and quick. I would definitely stay here again, its an excellent place!

This was our second time staying at this airbnb and we had another great stay. Joel and Mary were amazing hosts. They made us feel very welcomed right from the start. They checked in with us before we arrived to make sure we didn’t have any questions about our stay. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. We enjoyed a peaceful walk on the property to go check out the pond. We had a great stay and look forward to booking this house again next year when we come up for a memorial golf outing!

Just returned home from our stay at Max’s home and it was absolutely gorgeous! We had a total of 9 guests (4 adults, 3 teenagers & 2 children) and there was plenty of space for all of us! This is by far the cleanest AirBNB I have ever stayed in. Our weather unfortunately was not the best so we did spend a bit more time indoors than anticipated but that was ok with me! The fire pit right on the lake was perfect and the upstairs deck was so relaxing (especially for morning coffee). Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen & dining space was top notch. I cannot recommend this property enough! You will not be disappointed!

Worked out well for my son’s baseball tournament at the Lumber yard. If we have a tournament next year. Will book again !!!!

Rachel’s place was phenomenal! It was clean and cozy, and perfect for a quick escape from NYC. It was also close enough to be right in downtown Ithaca within minutes. I will definitely be back again!

The only downfall of this place was the noise from the bars down below.

Comfortable space in great neighborhood. I arrived late at night and it was a bit stressful to find the door hidden in a little walkway but after that very easy to get in. The condo was nicely laid out and the location was fun- walkable restaurants and museums. Bathroom sink was clogged but it really didn’t bother me too much. Nice big washer and dryer and air conditioning to make the space very comfortable. It is on the street above lively bar scene but was pretty quiet inside.

Eileen was a great host, responsive and helpful. The place is well maintained. It is not a new place, but they maintain it well and have remodeled multiple things to keep it in good shape. Definitely recommended place and very close to almost everything.
