Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cosby

We had a wonderful time. Ramzi was available when we had questions. Very friendly. Cabin was clean and cozy. If you have never driven in hills before be prepared the roads are tight. The lookout by the pool is amazing and also clean. Neighborhood also clean and quiet. Everything was perfect as the pictures showed. One slight thing to update would be the hot tub cover as it looks as if someone or something stood on it and broke it. Still works just fine but it’s collecting water on the top. Thank you for a great vacation. :)

The home is nothing short of spectacular!!! Luxurious, beautiful, and spacious !!! The mountain top view from the enormous living window is breathtaking. Perfect family getaway and we hope to return someday soon!!! Highly recommend!!!

My family and I enjoyed Marco and Melanie's cabin. It was absolutely perfect and the views were amazing. The hot tub and nightly fireworks view from Dollywood were a hit with the kids. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a beautiful home tucked into a peaceful little corner of the mountains. The house has all of the basics covered. The waterfalls in front of the house are beautiful and provide a constant white noise that I found to be very peaceful. However, the roar is surprisingly loud. The home is very automated (Alexa to control the lights, motioned sensing trash can, etc.) which I guess can be a pro or a con depending on preference. We especially loved all of the deck space! And I loved all of the windows that brought in a ton of natural light.

We had a great stay! It was a peaceful location, but not too far from the hustle and bustle of the main towns. Our kids loved the indoor pool and it was great to keep them busy during some rain!

My family really enjoyed staying at this house. We absolutely loved the mountain views from the top 2 decks, and the bottom desk with the hot tub was private with trees surrounding which was nice. There were a ton of fireflies surrounding the house every night which was cool. The star gazing was also perfect from the top porch. We had a bear visit us while we were in the hot tub our first night. It didnt get too close to the porch. Just walked around and left. Such a cool thing to see it in its natural habitat. We stayed quiet and ready to go inside incase needed but it came and went quickly with no issues. The drive up was not too bad but I definitely recommend driving slow with all the curves around the mountains. The parking situation was a little tight so just be aware you may have to backup and go forward a few times if you are in a big truck. The pool we went to was only a 6 minute drive and was good sized. Downtown was only a 10 min. drive and a beautiful scenic drive. 5 Stars!

7 Acres is one of the best places we have rented (airb&b/vrbo)! The house was very clean, spacious and well decorated. It literally had everything we needed. The setting is lovely and private and only a short drive to restaurants and activities in town. We had eleven people and there was still ample space for privacy if needed. Every couple and/or single had their own bedroom and bathroom, there are three large gathering spaces indoors plus two outdoor (one screened in and a deck) most with beautiful Mountain View’s. Highly recommended!

Location was great with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

It was good overall but it would be way better after construction would be done and I do not recommend grandparents to go because of walking on the hills, but other than that everything was amazing!! Place was clean and tidy, had hood communication with Hollie and the scenery and weather really helped us made the trip better..

I can't really say enough but here's a brief synopsis. Beautiful, very private, cozy, clean, responsive, helpful host, plenty of extra thoughtful touches, fantastic views from every part of house. Firewood and even some good food is provided. Everything you could need or want and even things you wouldn't think of. You will not be disappointed.

Eric was always quick to respond to my questions. Was willing to give genuine suggestions. Was very easy to talk to. Loved the location and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Absolutely Perfect for a Family Gathering Our stay in Bryson City was phenomenal. The views alone are worth the trip—breathtaking mountain panoramas in every direction. But what really set this Airbnb apart was how thoughtfully everything was set up for a large, extended family to relax and reconnect. The gathering spaces—both indoors and out—were stunning and comfortable, perfect for everything from morning coffee to late-night games and conversations under the stars. The yard games and the game room kept the kids entertained for hours, and the coffee bar was a huge hit with everyone. The sound system and music setup made it easy to set the mood wherever we were. The unobstructed views of the pristine Smoky Mountains from the hot tub were beyond what we imagined. You can tell the hosts put real care into creating an experience. We made amazing memories here, and we’re already checking our calendars for when we can make it back.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Daniel and Kelley's place even though it was just a couple of days. The accommodations were perfect for the 4 of us. They were wonderful hosts who communicated everything we needed to know. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful river sounds, outdoor covered hotub- solar lights would have been nice, amazing firepit, porch and grill! I wish we had camping or beach chairs for river and when the walking bridge is repaired, wow such a great vibe at dinner @ The Abby! The interior is exquisite- games, tv, chairs to read and gorgeous windows throughout. You feel miles away but close enough.

This place was excellent! We came here for our honeymoon and it was so hard to leave. Everything was clean, plenty of resources such as coffee, towels, etc, were available for use! I don’t think we skipped an evening in the hot tub or a morning on the top level taking in the scenery! I also appreciated our host checking in with us to make sure everything was going well. We are pretty picky when it comes to a place to stay on vacation, but this cabin fulfilled all of our needs plus more! We are already planning our next trip back here!

Wonderful stay! We booked it the same day as check in as we weren’t sure how far we would get with our drive. Everything was in perfect order. Our arrival was about 11pm and the other cabin was outside enjoying their hot tub but they are on opposite sides of the cabins so once we got in ours we couldn’t really know someone else was present. You can turn off all the lights and really enjoy the hot tub under the stars. The place was clean and felt cozy. From the photos they’ve added a few new items to include a desk under the tv in the bedroom. I love to stay in disconnect destinations so I didn’t use the tv or the wifi. The shower did have small bars of soap and shampoo similar to a hotel, so if you have extra space I’d recommend to pack your own. If you’re looking for a place close to the “attractions” this isn’t the one. But if you want secluded, quiet I highly recommend it. Side note: we brought our dogs as it was dog friendly. There was a small trail out back we walked them on

We absolutely loved this cabin. We felt right at home. The cabin was easy to find and the drive up was not bad at all. The view is stunning and there is a perfect back porch to set and drink your coffee in the mornings! We loved the big hot tub and we all had plenty of room as a family of 6! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin! Had everything we wanted, peace, fire pit, grill, hot tub and privacy! Felt like home! We were able to cook home cooked meals, they had everything we needed to cook and eat! This place was perfect! 🫶🏼

We loved our stay at Cosby during our visit to Gatlinburg & the Smoky Mtns. trails. The home was comfortable, spacious, easy to find & peaceful to live in. There’s a market at only a 5 mins drive which was helpful n the hot tub was fun! Extremely clean & well kept stay. Worth staying at.

The glowing reviews are everything this house is. Peaceful and scenic, we enjoyed unplugging for a few days and enjoying all the amenities this home had to offer.
