Cottage by the Creek was exactly as described. It was so relaxing and peaceful. My absolute favorite place to be was the swing listening to the creek and sharing my time with the multiple ducks, geese, cardinals and other birds. We got lucky enough to see a turkey and a hummingbird. The distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were perfect! I’m so hoping to be able to stay here again in the future.

We had such a wonderful time! The cabin was beautiful and fully equipped. The location was perfect! We definitely plan on visiting again!

My family and I had the most incredible stay at Jessie and Robin's stunning home. The pictures truly don’t do it justice—it’s absolutely beautiful. The Diamond Oak was nothing short of 5 stars. A beauty inside and out, my family and I felt at ease immediately walking through the front doors. From the furnishings to location to cleanliness, nothing fell short of our high expectations. The hosts were attentive, kind and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. So much so, we decided to stay an extra day because the Diamond Oak was so outstanding. The hot tub, game room and pool were a favorite among the kids and the location without the windy mountain roads was a major plus. The coffee morning views were breathtaking and we felt safe and at peace our entire stay. This little gem is close enough to all the fun things the area has to offer without the hassle of traffic or the ups and downs of the Gatlinburg roads. We would love to stay at the Diamond Oak again as well as any other property these great hosts have! Thank you all again for such a flawless stay!

Beautiful home, kid friendly! Minutes away from the main strip. Definitely home away from home. Check in very easy and the host was wonderful and very detailed. Definitely going back specifically to this property.

Cabin was absolutely gorgeous! The view was even better ❤️ Location is close to everything but yet far enough out of the way it’s nice and peaceful. We were on motorcycles and the only downfall was the drive up. The last turn was sharp and steep….but you don’t get those views without being at the top of a mountain. We would definitely stay again but without the motorcycles ☺️

We stayed for a family trip. Husband and one son had a fishing tournament at Lake Douglas. Location is conveniently between the lake and Pigeon Forge, approximately 25 min to each. This allowed us a middle ground for half the family to go to the lake while the rest of us went to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg for activities. There is a closer boat ramp approx 15 min away as well. Great family home. The kids had a blast with the board games, pool, foosball and pool table. Also, had a great collection of toddler toys that our youngest enjoyed playing with.

We had a great stay. The house was clean, we have no complaints or issues. Lyndsey was fantastic, very response and very kind. We would stay again.

This property is just as it is advertised. There are floor to ceiling windows that capture a stunning view of the mountains or you can sit outside to enjoy them! The house is well equipped, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there are air conditioning units in each bedroom that can be set separately. The TV can easily hook up to all the major streaming services and the hosts leave an informative instruction book for guests which is really helpful with great recommendations. We lived our time here and would come back again. Our AWD Honda did well getting up the steep drive.

Absolutely amazing stay! We loved every aspect of our time here. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool, the bed was incredibly comfortable with pillows that were just right and soft, clean linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom is luxurious, especially with having hot water and overall cleanliness. One of the highlights was the view complete with a charming little stream/mini waterfall right outside, creating the most peaceful ambiance for sleeping. The outdoor amenities were also a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Was one of the rare cases where everything was undersold! The place was absolutely beautiful! Can't tell you how many times we reiterated how nice it was! They were very accommodating too! Cannot recommend this place enough!

This home was very spacious and clean. The outside was nice and an added bonus was getting to feed the horses Bill & Pepper. Had a fire pit where we made s’mores & a brand new grill w/ a filled propane tank. Daniel also answered any questions I had in a timely manner & even made recommendations on some places to eat in the area. He also checked in w/ us one day to let us know he would be in the area cutting the fields. He shared a lot of information about the home & the area w/ my husband & some of our friends. He even helped one of our friends that had a flat tire on his truck. Thank you Daniel & your wife for being a great host & a nice home. Would definitely recommend.

The home was peaceful, clean, and truly relaxing — exactly what we needed. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the stunning view from the hot tub was unforgettable. Our daughter absolutely loved the farm animals, especially the cows, which made the experience even more special for her. One of our favorite parts was the unique outdoor grain bin setup — the perfect spot to unwind around the fire in the evening. It’s a great mix of rustic charm and comfort. This place is a hidden gem and an ideal retreat if you’re visiting the Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg area. The hosts were absolutely amazing — friendly, responsive, and welcoming. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with all the right touches. We can’t wait to come back!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, Steve went above and beyond—his attentiveness and excellent communication made everything seamless. He provided everything we could possibly need to ensure a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind and enjoy every moment. One of the true highlights was the stunning view from the porch—breathtaking and peaceful, and we were even lucky enough to spot elk in the wild for the very first time! If you're planning a trip to Maggie Valley, NC, look no further—this is the place to stay. It’s easy to get to, close to all the local attractions, and offers a truly unforgettable experience. This place was the perfect balance of privacy and convenience—nicely tucked away without being too far from the action, and at a very reasonable price. It exceeded our expectations in every way, from the spacious layout to the little details like great water pressure in the shower. The host was also quick to respond to any questions or issues, which made the stay even smoother. You can tell care was put into making guests feel comfortable. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Naren’s place jumped to one of our favorites within hours of arrival. It is clean & thoughtfully designed & decorated. Wrap-around deck is nice & we used the fire pit & grill daily. Kitchen is one of the best we had in functionality & being well stocked with tools for cooks. Loved open floor plan, but spacious enough that the upstairs is its own space if traveling with kids or another couple. The view! ❤️ The “library” is a thoughtful touch with books & games. Truly a relaxing setting. They had one of the most helpful host books I’ve seen. Please DO NOT forget to visit the small businesses that reopened in Marshall (e.g., Zadie’s, Zuma, Mad Co., etc.& shop for food at Madison Natural Foods) then go to supermarket. It’s a wonderful town. Easy drive to Asheville & many other towns. Always take the scenic route when time permits. We will be back! ❤️

This place was perfect!! So clean and super nice. The location was private and peaceful. Would definitely come back!!

Jane was an amazing host—always available to answer any questions. The place is a complete package for families, with games, a media room, a pool—everything you could want. Most importantly, it’s very private yet located in an amazing area. The only improvement I would suggest is the pool temperature—it was a bit cold for us and the kids.

Wow, just wow!! This place is even better than the photos. This place is the perfect place to rest and reboot in nature. Along with all of the things to do on the property, such as the trails and disc golf course, the house is just its own slice of Heaven. The garden area is private and the perfect space for mediating, reading or just listening to all the sounds of nature. We didn’t need music because the sound of rushing water and birds was soothing enough! The house is beautiful and clean, and the attention to detail is just something beyond words. If you have time, definitely read some of the Frank Lloyd Wright books scattered through the house, and it will make you appreciate the house all that much more. A good 20% of the trip was just admiring all of the nooks and crannies within the home, from the copper details, wooden bowls made by Kevin the owner, or the different structured wood beams, it all just makes the home it’s own piece of art. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The Red Cottage was a great place to stay! We used it for day trips to the Great Smoky Mountain NP and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Perfect for a couple to get away. Also far enough from the rush of town to be quiet but not too far away to make a short drive to go see some of the local attractions or go to the store if needing supplies. Overall will definitely book again when we get around to having time for it

Wonderful place to stay right outside all of the downtown Asheville fun! I will absolutely be staying here anytime I visit the area!
