The 'Big Room'

Our house is an old farmhouse completely renovated. The authenticity and charm of this building has been retained while thinking about an interior with beautiful open and bright spaces. The living room with fireplace and kitchen open to a dining area forms an 80 m2 space with bay windows that open to the vegetable garden, wooded park and terraces. On the ground floor is also a double vanity bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, a laundry room with washing machine. A gallery distributes 4 bedrooms upstairs, one of which is equipped with child furniture, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet. On the landing, a desk area. The grounds are enclosed and are 300 meters from the road; it is accessed via a private driveway. In the heart of the Berry, the charming and dynamic village of Boulleret has all the local shops : supermarket, butcher, bakery-patisserie, newspaper tobacco bar, florist, restaurants and hotel. The calm of the place is conducive to rest and relaxation but many opportunities for activities are close, the hiking trails are numerous and bucolic in strong countries; the Loire borders the village and offers various water activities in addition to the bike hiking trails. The famous vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly sur Loire but also the slopes of the Giennois are 15 km away. The site of Guedelon Castle is 20 minutes away. The castles of the Loire are about 1 hour drive, Paris 1.5 hours by car or train from Cosne sur Loire. You are welcome to discover the richness of our traditions. Summer is particularly rich in village events. What is especially nice is the feeling of tranquility that lives on me from the moment I walked through the driveway.
