Private pond with fish and a 5x10m heated swimming pool. 100km of cycle routes, including to the beautiful lake Etang de Puits, perfect for water sports. Horse-riding clubs 15min drive away. The house has a fireplace and a large dining table, 5 large double bedrooms (two continuous) for up to 12 people, and 2.5 bathrooms. Extra double bedroom and bathroom in annex house.

A 1h40 de Paris, venez passer des vacances et fêter des occasions (anniversaires, cousinades, EVJF...) en famille ou entre amis à la Rauderie, fabuleuse maison en pleine nature et sans voisins proches. Confortable et entièrement rénovée, elle est totalement équipée pour les groupes avec ou sans enfants. A régler sur place : 360 euros de frais de ménage et de blanchisserie. Au delà de 15 personnes nous vous ouvrons la dépendance. Un supplément entre 345 € et 565 € peut être demandé selon la date.

Luxury accommodation and comfort at "Clos Mylodro"

Welcome to our new accommodation located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 minutes from the De Varye Private Hospital (10 minutes' walk) and 10 minutes' drive from Bourges Train Station. I'm happy to start the hosting experience again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, which can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with private covered terrace, garden furniture and parking (large utility ok). The pool and playground are shared with my family.

(naturism possible at the pool). It is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 adult couples without children in order to preserve the tranquility of the place and of each. Ideally located between Loire and Morvan, it will be the starting point for many excursions. (All shops and services are 3 km away)

Optional linen (bed linen and towels): €15 for a double bedroom, €10 for a single bed. Fireplace, 8x3.5m heated swimming pool (open from May to September). secured by an electric shutter supporting 100 kg. On-site concierge service if you need anything during your stay.
