Excellent in all aspects and as a courtesy she gave us toiletries that were great, she welcomed us with a pleasant surprise of delicious wine and we did not have to leave a deposit at the reception since she covered it and that was excellent, we were very happy and the host was in communication with us when we needed it, our travel expectations were exceeded and we would love to return, thank you for that hospitality to us without knowing us 🙏🏻

Very well located, beautiful decoration, the beach club is private and nice, as is the pool, which is very spacious and heated for the whole complex, the beach club is just one street away and the food is very good with affordable prices and friendly staff, highly recommended to schedule a relaxing massage with Mrs. Carmen inside the club. A mention to Mrs. Eli for her excellent service, Miguel and Fanny excellent hosts… totally recommended. I'd stay with them again

In general, the place is very comfortable and well located, it met all the description mentioned, and above all the host was always attentive to us, even gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. I will definitely stay with them again when I return.

Everything is excellent, spacious apartment, quiet area. Very clean pool and super good lounger area, the Jacuzzi is super good. A plus is that there is a water and ice sales service. Amazing view. I would definitely come back!!

Excellent villa, very nice and private. Vero and Mary serve you with great care and Minerva is always attentive. Climate, beach, pool, everything was very good and at ease for an incredible vacation, highly recommended.

The property is in excellent condition. The place is comfortable, clean and well equipped; both the bathroom and the services offered satisfactorily meet expectations. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and I highly recommend it. As the only observation, during all the nights of our stay (and even in the mornings) a sound similar to a lament was constantly heard, possibly from a child or a woman, which can be uncomfortable when resting. Apart from this detail, everything else was impeccable.

The stay was very pleasant for me and my family, it will certainly be a place we will return to. The subdivision is very quiet and very safe

The fractionation is beautiful and quiet, however the house is a little neglected, both in furniture and utensils. The blinds are full of mold, in the bathrooms there were cobwebs, the canceleria was dirty, one of the showers has no water pressure, in addition to having a pest of ants, especially in the kitchen. We were 6 people and the beds are 3 double, so without problems, however it is not recommended if more people go, since despite having inflatable mattresses and the sofa bed, with the pest of ants it would not be very comfortable. Also, there was a water leak in the kitchen sink, which we were already told they had already let them know before and they did not fix it. They should update the photos of the installations.

Our experience in this apartment in Acapulco was unforgettable; Gaby's service was unique, always attentive, kind and attentive to every detail so that everything was perfect. Sophie and Antonio are among the best hosts, they are attentive at all times, Vicky is in charge of cleaning and is extremely kind. The apartment is in super good condition. The AC works perfectly, the WIFI does not fail, it has everything for an incredible vacation. You can use everything in the apartment. 10/10. If I return, I would definitely stay in this apartment. Very nice apartment, we felt right at home, shiny kitchen, tidy room and room, impeccable bathroom! the kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook in case you do not want to go out and restore, the water is warm all day, there is no parking but you can leave your car on the nearby streets without any problem and there is a plus that we noticed, there was a first aid kit that is very good not any Airbnb has one. Angelica was always very friendly and attentive, we really liked our stay back without any hesitation.
