We just spent a weekend at Francisco's house in Pozo Alcón, and we couldn't be happier. We were eight friends and the place was perfect for our stay. The house is spacious, very well maintained and has all the necessary amenities to enjoy to the fullest. In addition, it is in a quiet and sunny environment, ideal for disconnecting. Francisco was an excellent host, very attentive and always ready to help us with any questions. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a cozy place in Jaén. We spent New Year's Eve in the estate a group of friends, the house is very well equipped and with enough space for 14 people. Living room with a very cozy fireplace with large glass windows that isolate well from the temperature of the outside. We'll definitely be back in the summer!

Beautiful setting for a spotless home. The views of the mountains and landscape are brilliant and we enjoyed a great break as a family with everything we needed. The pool was particularly great in the sun. Location is great for exploring the beaches in the local area. Esteban was a warm and welcoming host and we appreciated all the recommendations.

The house was exactly as in the photos: great and with a lot of detail. José a super host since even before arrival. He gave us many useful instructions and showed us visits and itineraries, apart from the mobile app that I recommend, which was essential. We will come back and definitely recommend it.

Amazing place,terrace with extraordinary views

Montse is a very kind and lovely host – she welcomed us and showed us around in a very heartwarming and friendly manner. The villa is truly amazing with a nice interior including many old decorations. The pool area also is great and has a nice bed right by the pool! Overall, we had an amazing stay and enjoyed ourselves very much. The nearby town of Cantoria is also a nice place to explore with many nice and affordable restaurants and lovely people. A small downside, if any, is that the whirlpool is not working properly and is only warmed by sunlight during the day. Unfortunately, the water doesn’t really stay warm as soon as the sun sets. But this was the only minor nitpick. Other than that, there were no issues with the house, and we had everything we needed! Full recommendation!

Loli's accommodation is just as described, a place with very cozy stays for a few days of rest. The terraces are amazing, not to mention the spectacular Jacuzzi we really enjoyed. Thank you so much Loli for the kindness you had and the flexibility in entering your home. It was a few days of absolute disconnection, highly recommended. My little girl loves the jacuzzi.

We were a long bridge four marriages with small children and we had a great time. The house is just as shown in the photos. The pool, wonderful children's area and the soccer field played a lot of play for all the kids. The spacious rooms, with soft and clean linens. The house is in the countryside of Lorca but 10 minutes from the city, which offers you many plans, and half an hour from the beach. The best, the service of the hosts. Everything was easy before arrival and once there they were very pending. Thank you!

We spent 3 days with our dogs and the truth is that it was very good. The house is better than in the photos, the plot, the pool and everything is superb. We loved seeing the chickens, so beautiful, and we could eat fresh eggs taken directly from the henhouse. Mari Carmen is charming, very kind and thoughtful. We'll be back for sure.

I 100% recommend Maria Victoria's house. It is very well located and in a quiet environment that invites you to rest. The house has been recently refurbished (this is already personal but we loved the “style” and decor of the floor and certain elements such as ceilings with beams) and is fully equipped, which also makes it ideal for long stays. Communication with Maria Victoria both before and during the stay has been very good, we also found it to be a very detailed and attentive host since on the day of arrival we find some welcome details that we highly appreciated. A very positive experience from start to finish!

We, my brother and I, were in Guadix for cycling. The place was suitable for us as it has two full bedrooms and is located on a lockable property. The kitchen equipment is complete and functional. All features offered were available and usable.

The place was super clean and as shown in the photos. It's very spacious, more than it appears at first. The terrace is a plus and is also spacious. It's on a main street in Níjar, quite close to the old town, with easy parking, at least in May. The house is individual and accessed by a flight of stairs to what would be a first floor. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Juan Carlos was attentive throughout the stay and was very friendly and flexible with the check-in time, guiding us with local recommendations. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby. If I go back to Níjar, I would definitely repeat accommodation.

Adolfo was very friendly from the first contact. The house was beautiful and equipped with all the amenities. In the house you also have towels, soap and toilet paper. The house is isolated deep in the mountains. It's good to keep this in mind. Useful for bringing the purchase immediately and not having to leave the house immediately. The pool is neither large nor small. The pool is filled with chlorine-free salt water. The village of Tíjola is 15 minutes from the house for small purchases. Besides, there's not much to do in the area. The only regret is that we couldn't understand Adolof, but with Google Translate we got by. We'll definitely be back again. Highly recommended for peace and quiet.
