Very cozy place next to mountains - a perfect location to take a rest from the busy city. Also, the trip from Granada by bus is only 30 minutes, so you do not need a car to come here!

Special place with special vibe

Nice little spot! Great for people traveling with others if you want separate rooms but a cozy community space to gather (kitchen, living room, and large backyard garden). The best part was the amazing views of the Mountains. The hosts were responsive and helpful!

We loved the site, the host service, the cleanliness, the overall decor, the terrace upstairs, and the reading and cooking area. We will be back for sure, very close and pleasant attention.

I stayed for two nights in Emily's Alpujarra Guesthouse. It really is an amazing place, and Emily is the perfect host. She loves these beautiful mountains with a passion, and it shows in everything she does, and in the way the guesthouse is. So tranquil, peaceful and serene. Felkor, her lovely friendly dog and Mister T the cat were also great company. I had some car problems on the way in, and Emily was an absolute angel. Went out of her way to help me, and introduced me to her friendly mechanic in Lanjarón. Emily's place is so beautiful. She is an AMAZING cook, so do be sure to have at least one of her dinners. There is also a really nice pool next to the rooms. A great base from which to explore Las Alpujarras, especially Lanjarón, Orgiva, and the stunning villages of Cañar, Pampaneira, Bubión, Capileira, Trevélez and Yegen. Emily is proud to support local businesses, so do go horse riding, and buy some great olive products. It is a wonderful place, to which I hope to return. 😁🙏☀️

We were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. Since we got a room that is high up, we were directly "assigned" a parking space. The beach and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. At short notice, we also booked breakfast, which was really unbeatable and completely sufficient for an extra charge of €8. Clear recommendation! 😊

The villa is phenomenal. Perfect location in the middle of the Sierra with an amazing view and total tranquility. Perfect exteriors with swimming pool with jacuzzi, BBQ, hammock, Ping Pong table and dining furniture. Spacious rooms with air and fans that look good with. The upstairs floor with a terrace for the night and a large table for eating and several living rooms. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, only a microwave is missing. Numerous bathrooms and just 20 minutes from beautiful beaches and coves of Carboneras and Villaricos. All in all, a wonderful stay that we really enjoyed. We have been treated very kindly and it remains in favorites to repeat again. We will recommend it to our friends. A 10.

Nice, Responsive host

An excellent stay in this house in the most beautiful asset is the location. located a stone's throw from the two beaches because at the tip of the village, the sea is visible from all the rooms. The sound of the waves at night that cradles us, you really feel like you're on vacation! The equipment is simple, nothing unnecessary. Bedding is good. The village is very small, the restaurants, the grocery store, the bar... everything is on foot and is a short walk from the house. I recommend it!

Everything was fine , I didn't notice Carmen's presence, the room is big and you have everything you need.

I was in lubrin for a course nearby. In Simone's house was a Gallery with a special exhibition of local artists. The house itself is also very nicely decorated with art from, among other things, Simone himself. Upon arrival, the opportunity to have a drink with Simone and recover from the trip. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. Important, also provided a desk a very fast WiFi for my laptop. What I appreciate is a private bathroom. This one was spacious, clean and comfortable. He was authentic, typically spanish, which benefited the atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
