Very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you need to feel at home. The grounds are beautiful and you feel safe. They have a great cafe in the complex which was convenient for coffee and nibbles right around the corner. The location worked perfect for us. Whole Food and restaurants were walkable. A beautiful outdoor mall with more restaurants within 5 minutes. Short 20 minute drive to Laguna beach. We would recommend and would stay here again.

I stayed at Bree’s place for two months and had a great experience. The apartment was exactly as listed: clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a longer stay. It was spotless when I arrived, which really set the tone for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen, in-unit laundry, and balcony were super convenient and really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transit, but still nice and quiet. Bree was an awesome host, always quick to respond and really easy to communicate with. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located spot.

My husband and I wanted the comfort of a home after extending a business trip. We had everything we needed at this apartment! We especially loved the view from the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the beautiful walking path nearby. I also appreciated SunnyStay’s excellent communication and instructions.

Chris is a wonderful person, i am so glad to get the chance to stay at his apartment which was very clean and as described. The location was perfect and near south coast plaza, 405, 5 highways, and others. Highly Recommended

This is my first time ever booking an airbnb. The host sent a list and picture visuals for instructions on how to get in whether it was with or without a car. This made it extremely smooth and understanding to know how to get to the location of the airbnb. A parking spot and guest parking was provided. The host was able to always answer my questions and even gave us an extra 30 mins for us to check out since we were a little behind. Place looked exactly like the pictures, everything was clean and tidy and they even provided toiletries and towels, full sets of cups, plates, and silverware, cooking ingredients (sauces and stuff) and it just felt like home. We didn’t need to buy anything extra because everything was provided for us. Lux Properties is outstanding and was an amazing host and provided us with an amazing living space for a one night stay. Thank you so much, and if me and my friends ever plan on coming down again, we will definitely book with Lux Properties! :)

Couldn’t have asked for a better time at Cat’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location felt safe and close to lots of fun things around. Cat was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. This condo is amazing! Super clean, super cozy, super friendly, the host. Mahi was so helpful and responded immediately! The area has great restaurants, lots of entertainment, walking areas, and although it’s next to the interstate, which makes it super convenient, but it’s still super quiet! Awesome location in the heart of OC, with awesome and sweeping views. Built in dog run was fantastic and was super convenient for my golden retriever. Highly recommend!!

Exactly as advertised! This apartment is absolutely awesome, with a wonderfully brand new feel throughout. The beds were comfortable, and we especially loved the split two-bedroom layout and having two bathrooms. It's a very secure, gated, private, and quiet location. Highly recommend! Vic was also a great and communicative host

This area is great. So close to restaurants and shopping. Downtown Orange has fabulous restaurants and it’s a great area. My daughter lives out there so I am always excited to go. It’s nice to have a home away from home. Highly recommend.
