Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Costa Paradiso

Het verblijf was nog fijner dan wij ons hadden kunnen voorstellen! Het huisje ligt op een prachtige plek in een heel rustige omgeving, maar toch is het strand en dorpjes dichtbij. Het verblijf is van alle gemakken voorzien, je komt als gast niets te kort. Wij waren het meest te vinden in de heerlijke tuin met veel verschillende zitplekjes om heerlijk tot rust te komen. Wij zouden graag terugkomen op Sardinië en zeker deze plek! 🌞 Maria is een warme gastvrouw die mee denkt en snel reageert op vragen. Aanrader!

Teresa est une hôte merveilleuse. Disponible, pleine de conseils avisés pour randonner, faire les courses ou se restaurer. La maison est très agréable avec notamment des chambres très confortables et un espace extérieur charmant.

Beautifully converted old house, very comfortable and cozy. We loved spending time outside with the bird song and cooking nice food in the kitchen that has all you need. Overall loved this place and Alessandro was a model host who made us feel very welcome. Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable and charming. Cannot ask for much if you are a couple spending some time in the area with a car..

We had a delightful stay at Elvira's house. It's a beautifully designed house in a quiet spot in the hills with incredible views. It has lots of nice al fresco dining spots, a really nice pool, table tennis, and 4 good sized bedrooms. The sun room near the pool is also great - our kids enjoyed playing in there with the various toys and games that they found. We ended up spending two of our days just at the house all day as we liked it so much. We ended up parking at the bottom of the path for most of the stay as I found it more comfortable than driving up the steep path each time, though we did take our Nissan Juke to the top of the path on the night we arrived. I'm sure plenty of people are happy to park at the top, but you have both options. Elvira was very friendly and welcoming, having met us when we arrived to guide us and give us a tour of the house. We had everything we needed and had a really relaxing and enjoyable week at the house - I'd definitely recommend it to others!

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Giulios Apartment – sechs Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind – und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Pool, die charmante kleine Außenküche und die warme Außendusche – ein echtes Highlight, das den Umstand, dass es “nur” ein großes Bad mit Dusche und ein separates WC gibt, absolut wettgemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Giulio war jederzeit hervorragend – er war super hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen großartigen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der gesamte Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos und entspannt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Giulio, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unseren beiden Jungs, 10 Monate und 5 Jahre, in Antonios Haus. Es ist simpel ausgestattet und eher klein, dafür verfügt es über einen großen privaten Außenbereich und die Treppe in die Bucht ist natürlich absolut spitze.

Wir haben uns die zehn Tage unseres Aufenthaltes hier sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist perfekt: ruhige Wohngegend, zwei Supermärkte innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso die Bushaltestellen. Somit gute Anbindung an den Bahnhof, die Fähre und die Stadtmitte von Olbia. Die rustikale Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, in der Küche gibt es gutes Kochgeschirr und einige Basics. Wir würden sofort wieder hier übernachten.

Our stay in Sardinia was amazing! Maria was incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of her way to recommend great local restaurants and even surprising us with traditional Sardinian sweets. The space was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and cozy beds. The views were stunning, and the beach access was unbeatable. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Paola‘s house has a breathtaking view from the huge terrace. We loved it very much and enjoyed our stay there immensely. Paola was very kind and helpful. She shared her favorite restaurants and even made the reservations for us. She also was very flexible with the check out, so we could relax a little more on our last day. It was very appreciatated.

Wir haben sehr schöne Urlaubstage in Tamaras Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vermittelt eine entspannte, angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage im Ort ist perfekt und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hervorragend. Noch einmal vielen Dank für die hierdurch sehr gelungenen Urlaubstage.

We had a wonderful time at Paolo's accommodation. You can tell that he decorated it for himself, which makes the place feel very cozy and not like a typical holiday rental. The Airbnb has a lot of charm and was perfect for our 10-day stay. It truly felt like home, and the lighting, decoration, and view are absolutely wonderful! The view from the bedroom and bathroom into nature was incredible. Paolo was incredibly kind and helpful, always available and offering great tips for beaches and restaurants in the area. It was also possible to make a last-minute booking so that my sister and her husband could visit us for a few days! We were truly impressed with his recommendations. We highly recommend the restaurant Da Thomas, and we also really enjoyed the restaurant across from the accommodation — especially the service and friendly staff. The ice cream shop right across from the property was fantastic, and we almost went there every day for ice cream! If we visit the northeast of Sardini

Siamo stati accolti benissimo nonostante avessimo chiesto di anticipare il check in. Maria Speranza e suo marito sono due persone molto cordiali e ti fanno sentire come a casa. Zona molto tranquilla e ideale per visitare il golfo dell' Asinara. Consiglio vivamente.

Tiziana is a truly amazing host! She went out of her way to help us get situated, even walking a mile to our car and driving around with us to find a free parking spot close to the apartment! The apartment was beautifully located in front of of the ramparts in a lovely corner of the old town. It was cozy and very well equipped. We loved Alghero and hope to return to stay at one of Tiziana’s apartments again soon!

Wunderschön, ruhig gelegenes Grundstück mit Garten und Terrasse von der man einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer hat. Ein idealer Ort zum entspannen und genießen. Guiliana ist stets gut erreichbar und sehr liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Liebe Marzia, vielen Dank für die wundervolle Zeit in deiner wundervollen Villa! Das Haus, der Garten, der Ausblick, die Liebe zum Detail, aber vor allem Du und Deine Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment wohlgefühlt. Noch nie wurden wir so herzlich begrüßt und wir sind so dankbar für all die Köstlichkeiten und kleinen Geschenke, die du für uns bereit gestellt hast. Du hast immer an uns gedacht. Sei es der extra Sonnenschirm für den Strand oder die Kühltasche. Du warst immer sofort erreichbar, wenn wir mal Hilfe brauchten. Dazu haben wir die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Kinder konnten sich austoben und wollten am liebsten dort bleiben. Wir auch. Wir haben viel selbst gekocht, was mit dieser wunderbar ausgestatteten Küche richtig Spaß gemacht hat. Vom Pürierstab über Knoblauchpresse bis hin zu diversen Gewürzen, es war alles vorhanden. Wir waren wirklich beeindruckt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank und Dir alles Gute! What an awesome house! We loved our stay there.

J’ai passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette superbe villa ! Le cadre est exceptionnel : la vue à 270° est tout simplement époustouflante, un vrai havre de paix. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipée, et d’un confort remarquable. Mention spéciale pour la piscine chauffée, parfaite pour se détendre à toute heure de la journée. Tout était impeccablement propre à notre arrivée, et la communication a été fluide, chaleureuse et très attentionnée. Un immense merci à Karen, qui est une très belle personne, bienveillante et disponible. On sent qu’elle met tout son cœur pour offrir une expérience inoubliable à ses invités. Je recommande cette adresse les yeux fermés et j’espère sincèrement y revenir bientôt. Merci Arnaud et très belle maison.

La maison de Mark est très jolie, les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine très bien équipée. La piscine est grande et agréable. Mark a été très réactif à chacune de mes questions. La maison n'étant pas occupée après et notre vol étant le soir, nous avons pu partir dans l'après-midi et profiter de la piscine jusqu'au dernier moment. Je recommande sans hésiter la maison de Mark.

Tres bel endroit Maison aux pieds de l'eau Eaux limpides mais plages un peu rocailleuses. un peu loin de commerces mais magnifique paysage.

Parfaite communication avec Ian et le personnel de maison Un très agréablement et paisible lieu rendent le séjour particulièrement magique. Une vue magnifique et la plage à côté de la maison le paradis.

Wow!!! Die Unterkunft ist wirklich perfekt! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa. Der extrem großzügige Garten, der Pool und die Villa waren wundervoll und sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung inklusive der Küche waren über das normale Maß hinaus. Es gab zb verschiedene Milchaufschäumer, Kontaktgrill, wunderschönes Geschirr, gute Schneidemesser…. Eine Bluetoothmusikbox, Gesellschaftsspiele und tolles Poolspielzeug für die Kleinen standen zur Verfügung. Kinderstühle und Babybetten wurden uns auch gebracht . Der Kontakt mit Marko und Gianni waren herausragend. Ganz liebe und super hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Der Ausblick über San Teodoro aufs Meer hat uns jeden Tag fasziniert. Die Terrasse verlockt dazu, jede Mahlzeit an der frischen Luft zu sich zunehmen. San Teodoro ist mit einem 10 min Fußmarsch zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es extrem viele tolle Buchten und Strände. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
