The house is located 50m from the amazing beach of Costa Rei. The house is on ground floor and itself comprises of two bedroom and living room with a fully equipped kitchen area. There are two bathrooms, one of which is located between two bedrooms and it is provided with a shower and bidet. The other one is outside the property. In addition there is outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by a garden. There is the possibility to eat outside even cooking by the fireplace, under the loggia placed in front of the kitchen. This year a complete renovation has been done to the house, adding modern amenities.

Il punto in cui è ubicata la villa è immerso nel verde della macchia mediterranea e caratterizzato da quiete e tranquillità, ma nello stesso tempo risulta essere vicino ai negozi, market, ristoranti e piazze in cui si accentrano le attività turistiche.
