We were completely satisfied with the accommodation - everything was super clean and we had 5 relaxing and relaxing days :) We highly recommend the accommodation, you can't go wrong here. Corrado and his wife also helped us communicate with the rental company of our car, as we had a stone impact in the windshield :) Thanks again!

I can highly recommend it. The place is very nicely located, especially the view of the sea is fantastic. We had a lovely time at Gino's, who is very helpful and accommodating. We also noticed the very well-kept garden. Only the unpaved road to the accommodation was probably affected by the rain. Nevertheless, it was no problem even for our small rental car (Fiat Panda) to drive on it. So, you don't have to worry about it! If we are looking for a place to stay in the area again, we would definitely come back :)

Everything was perfect and it was a pleasant stay

The house was very clean and in a great location. We rented a car on the island, so we really appreciated the property’s parking space. Nicola's communication was excellent—he was always super responsive and helpful. We left the house very happy.

The house was lovely, Marco was there when I arrived to show me around and I ended up having a drink in the local bar/restaurant with him and a couple of his friends which was really lovely. All very easy and accessible.

We were very happy with this place. The view is fantastic, you can quickly walk to the sea. Ideal with small children. The outdoor area is very nice, the bay is fantastic. The mosquito nets ensure a relaxed sleep :) the host was always quickly reachable

Delicious stay, too short, spent in Anna's apartment which allowed us to discover, on foot, this beautiful and endearing city that is Cagliari. Anna is just as much. With incredible hospitality, she is full of attention to make your stay as pleasant as possible. With it, the key box is not required. She takes the time to welcome her guests personally, in her apartment, which is full of her past and rich in traditional objects. It is a relationship that is created, an exchange that is established, a sharing that is realized. Thank you Anna for giving our Sardinian journey a special flavor that will not leave us, until our next visit, we hope.

In Olia Speciosa we were greeted by a beautiful and large family of hosts who made us find a well-kept and clean apartment! Great location to visit the beaches and beauties of this part of Sardinia also thanks to the tips received from the owners! The house is well-stocked and the large terrace is a perfect space for breakfast and dinner! Quiet area surrounded by greenery and animals.

This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

We had wonderful days in this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea, which invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had lightning-fast answers for all our questions.

We enjoyed the time in Marcos' house very much. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the advertisement. Marco's instructions were very helpful to us. Marco then drove us to the airport, which was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

I spent 5 days with my partner at Vincenzo's house and it was a wonderful vacation. Waking up in such a quiet house where you can have breakfast on the terrace and really rest was wonderful. I hope we'll return to this house, maybe for a longer stay! Really beautiful!!! Thank you Vincenzo for the generous hospitality (he provided us with coffee and the minimum necessary for cooking). Maybe just the mattress, I didn't find it very comfortable.

Ivo is very helpful and kind host, he shared lot of useful information eg. place to eat, shop, local footpaths. Accommodation was very clean, well equipped, situated in very quiet area with seaview. Hint for cat lovers- you can expect regular, cute visitor 🐈 I can definitely recommend Ivo and his accommodation for your stay 👍👍

The house was good for us as a family of 5 (had an air mattress for child #3. Good size, very well maintained and a very nice and helpful landlord. The beach is about 7-8 minutes on foot. Very quiet location. Thank you for the great accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 children (4 & 1 year) in Luisanna's house. Luisanna welcomed us very nicely and showed us the house and the great pool. The house is as described and offers everything you need. The outdoor shower has warm water, so you don't have to use the slightly smaller shower in the bathroom at all. You can reach the beach of Solanas in 5 minutes by car. There you can park for free and eat and drink in the cozy beach restaurant. A car is definitely an advantage. We highly recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. They were warm and hospitable. We cant recommend it enough! Thank you Gian Franco and Eli!

A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

I had a great week at this flat. It is really cozy and I loved the view. Clara was really responsive whenever I had a question and she helped me wherever she could.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

We spent a week in this apartment in October and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. It even had mosquito nets on the windows, so you could leave the windows open at night. The terrace had morning sun and if you were lucky you could see parrots in the trees. The supermarkets are within walking distance and the center of Villasimius can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In case of any problems, Allessandro was immediately on hand. We arrived at night by car and found the apartment very easily with the instructions. Everything was great, thank you Allessandro

Efisio was very kind and helpful. Great space! We have a family of 6- everyone had a bed and 3 bathrooms was extremely nice. Each bedroom has a bathroom connected. The outdoor living area has nice views, spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Everything was super. Buslinie M did bring us into the centre. Marco did help us to book the bus tickets via Busfinder App.

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!
