Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Costa Rei

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

Thanks for a great stay. Comfortable and quiet location with walking access to town. Giulia was very friendly and easy to organise things with. The little efforts like leaving local beers and snacks to have on arrival make everything worth it.

Can’t fault this beautiful accommodation. It has everything you need when on a break. Lovely furnishings; great lighting and a very comfortable bed. Such a great location with lovely restaurants and bars close by and only a few steps away the most wonderful views of the city and the best sunset views. The most helpful and responsive hosts who answer queries promptly, arrange airport pick ups and let us have an early check in which we hugely appreciated. Cannot recommend this accommodation and its hosts highly enough. You won’t be disappointed staying here!!

great spot, wish we could have stayed longer. walking distance to everything you need. great instructions from hosts, including good tips for parking. the apartment is huge and has everything you need. very comfortably fit all 6 of our group.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Great place to stay if you’re looking for peace and privacy. The home is very modern and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A small shop is just a 3-minute walk away, which is super convenient. You’ll definitely need a car if you plan to explore the area, but if you’re after relaxation in a quiet setting, this is a perfect choice.

Best Airbnb & host we’ve ever had. 10000/10. He let us store our luggage’s early before check in, and later after check out. He gave us extra towels for the beach, and was very responsive and kind.

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. The apartment was very beautiful and cozy, which made it ideal for our short stay in Cagliari. Erika is an amazing host, and it’s clear that she put a lot of care into the vintage decoration of the place, this made us feel like we were in a truly traditional home. She even provided us with a beach bag, which turned out to be very useful! The location is very central and perfect for exploring the city center and tourist areas by foot, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The street where the apartment is located is particularly charming, with rustic houses and beautiful plants along the sidewalks. For those arriving by car, there is some free parking near the Ospedale, but it was almost always full (early June). We ended up using a calmer nearby paid street parking area called ‘Parcheggio del Bastione di Santa Croce,’ which can be paid for using the Mooneygo app. A casa Penelope was just the right place for a nice stay in the city!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

We loved Kate's secret garden so much! So close to the beach, shops, and Cagliari. Very peacefull atmosphere, and a holiday feeling. We could feel the love and care that is put in the Airbnb. It was perfect for our stay with 2 teenagers. And the weather and seawater was still nice in oktober. Thank you so much!

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

Spacious apartment with great amenities. They have a washer/dryer combo. Local grocery store is down the block. Easy walk to marina and great restaurants plus the view from Viale Buon Cammino. This road also has free street parking. My only complaint is that the door was difficult for me to turn the key and my husband had to do it. Highly recommend!

One of those places that doesn’t just offer accommodation, but creates memories. Everything was flawless – cleanliness, comfort, location, the hosts… but what truly sets it apart is the energy. You feel at home, yet completely pampered. We’re definitely coming back!

Valentina’s appartment was a standout for our time in Cagliari. Beautiful appartment in the centre of the old square. She anticipated every need of the guests including things we didn’t know we needed! Extremely friendly with fast response to communication.
