Everything about this place was outstanding, but the absolute best was the hostess. She was so accommodating, checked in with us helped us book drivers and arrangements and went above and beyond. The apartment is beautiful. So well appointed and everything felt new and fresh and the location was central to everything. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to come back to Catania!!! I highly recommend that you stay here!!!

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and looked exactly like the photos. So thoughtfully decorated and finished. Do not be put off by the street entrance - once you open the door at the top of the stairs, so much beauty awaits. There are lovely restaurants very close by, and there is easy access to all the sights. Salvo was an exceptional host - responded quickly to messages and checked up on us frequently. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The area in which the residence is located is downright fantastic. The terrace, the large garden with many trees, shrubs and flowers and the view of the sea is unique, a paradise. A car is a necessity to get to places, do shopping and go out. Our contact with Maria Novella and Federico was very warm. The tips (restaurants and interesting sights) they gave us were worth their weight in gold. Be sure to use the specified coordinates to get to the location without any problems. The accommodation is otherwise not so easy to find. In short, this place is one in a thousand, the landlords still know what the real philosophy of AirBnb can be.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautifully appointed apartment in Noto. The space was thoughtfully furnished with a perfect blend of comfort and style, and the tile work throughout was absolutely stunning—such a lovely touch that added to the charm of the home. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the heart of town, yet still peaceful and relaxing. One of the highlights was the terrace: a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening with views of the rooftops and surrounding beauty. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Noto!

This is a well thought out, comfortable apartment that was built tastefully and with high quality furnishings. Space feels like a luxurious hotel suite but with privacy and charm of a lived in home— it was a perfect, relaxing stay for us as a couple. The balcony up top with an outdoor shower is a super nice touch, I highly recommend spending time out there in the mornings or at dawn when the swallows fly. We also enjoyed the location, as it was quiet and didn’t feel touristy at all, yet we were very close to the city center. The neighborhood cafes/bakeries were all excellent, as per host’s recommendations. Silvia, the host, was kind, helpful and very fast with her responses, it was a total pleasure to chat with her. Fully recommend this apartment!

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! the location is exceptional here - we walked 50m to the eastern side of the island to swim every morning, and were then able to enjoy the afternoon sun and sunset from the balcony in the afternoons. the apartment itself is nice but a little dated in decor and could have been more stocked. we would have liked to cook, for example, but there was nothing at all -- oil, salt, etc. neither was there washing machine detergent. you're paying for the location and access, however, and on that front it was perfect. check-in was easy, the pin and lockbox made it simpler to leave a key when exploring and swimming, and the host was very helpful and kind. we'd come back!

As I prepared to fly to Sicily, I reversed Alessandro's place due to a last-minute cancellation. A few hours later, he confirmed the last-minute booking. The location was beautiful, overlooking a cove. If you book this place, rent a car, as the secluded neighborhood requires some transportation. The owner was extremely responsive and helped with anything we needed. It was a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, with everything you need close by, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The city itself is beautiful, with so much charm and character. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

A lovely apartment with good facilities and furnishings, wonderfully easy use of a private beach and not too far away to drive to the restaurants and sights of Syracuse.

Really lovely stay and host. Francesca waited for our late arrival to show us the home. It was even larger and more luxurious than in the photos. Well equipped and thought out for guests. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Such a beautiful gem of an apartment! I would fully recommend staying here! We stayed for three nights after we’d just got married in Sicily. The apartment is beautiful and just as it looks in the pictures - the roof terrace is a real bonus! It’s absolutely stunning & a great place to laze under the sun, relaxing in the day or to have an alfresco dinner in the evening. It also overlooks ruins which is super interesting. The location of the apartment is also great - a 2-3 minute walk from the lively fish market & a variety of great restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay in Ortigia. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and in a great location. We found it difficult to find the apartment when we arrived though as the door was obscured by the market tables and tents and the lockbox didn’t work. Fortunately we were able to contact Aurore who assisted. Otherwise a great stay. Recommended.

Marta was a wonderful host - extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, clean aapartment. Beautiful views of the sea and we loved the balcony. It was situated right next to the lively and fun market with lots of good restaurant choices. Everything was walkable on this gorgeous island of Ortygia. We would stay here again!

Gwendalina's place was exactly as pictured and very centrally located right next to the cathedral and the fish market. The terrace was a great addition. Gwendalina was also super proactive with check-in and was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s place. Perfect location close to everything and we loved having a drink on the terrace before dinner. Would 100% recommend.

Great location in the middle of everything in Catania. The neighborhood is very vibrant, music and people all around, however it decreased in the evening and never interfered with our sleep. The hosts were very helpful pointing out attractions and entertainment, also recommendations for restaurants as well as grocery stores. Very close to the Piazza del Duomo, the shopping district on Via Etnea, Ursino Castle, Greek-Roman theater, as well as many fine restaurants. Less than 15 minute cab ride to the airport as well.

Very nice, very clean, very good equipped and designed apartment. We can absolutely recommend to stay here! Beach, supermarket and good restaurants are available but ideally you have a car.

Virginie was one of the most helpful and proactive hosts we have come across at airbandb. She made booking in really easy and gave us lots of really useful information about the area. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected. It was 5 star - clean, comfortable, quiet, great facilities.
