Beautiful villa located in the lovely village of La Herradura. The villa has in 2017 and 2021 undergone extensive refurbishment with a swimming pool, IKEA kitchen, three bathrooms with toilets and showers and two extra toilets. The villa has a beautiful view over the La Herradura bay area, and is located in a quiet area with 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. There are several golf courses a short drive from the house and Malaga Airport is 50 minutes away.

The apartment has a very current decor with high quality new furniture, very suitable for families with children. The best part is its location. It is located in the center of the village with the beach just a few meters away ,ideal for summer and winter, as it is very sunny. It has all amenities very close by. If you do not want to use the car it is not necessary since there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars....everything you may need next door.
