Villa Uno is everything described and more. I would stay at this location time and time again. It beautiful, it’s near everything, it has everything in the kitchen I needed to cook. Everything worked! Sonia response time was perfect and Daniel her maintenance person is extremely helpful and friendly. The beach is literally 2 minute walk and restaurants as well. It’s a 5 minute walk to a small grocery store and 20 to a large grocery store. Me and my family couldn’t have been happier at this Villa. And if you are worried about safety don’t be!! I walked this neighborhood at night and never felt unsafe or scared.

Jonathan was an amazing host. I was celebrating a special birthday and was nervous about the property, etc.; however, he was very responsive and ensured me that I would be pleased and have an excellent experience at the villa and on the resort. He could not have been more accurate. He assigned a personal concierge who met us upon our arrival on the resort and who ensured we received the very best experience during our stay. The villa and resort were a beautiful tropical paradise and amazing. There was a housekeeper who ensured the villa was cleaned daily. We had a private chef prepare a delicious BBQ dinner one night of our stay. There were tons of restaurants, pools, bars, and activities throughout the resort to choose from. I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest dreams how great this stay and experience would have been. I am so happy that I selected this villa and resort to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely book and stay in his property again and recommend his property.

I had a pleasant stay at Niurka's place. The apartment was really cozy and you had everything you needed. Niurka was also super helpful from start to finish. I recommend this place.

The place is what is needed, small but in a safe place, In the end, a problem with the electricity from the electricity company affected our stay and they were always understanding, without presenting problems, about having to cancel the reservation. Thank you very much for your kindness.

Outstanding is the only word that comes to mind to describe this unit. As a real estate investor & student of the game, the attention to detail in this Airbnb went above and beyond. I could tell this host built this unit from the ground up. Unlike many who make the unit look good in the photos. Jose obviously painstakingly Went over every detail to make sure This unit had FORM beauty and function, as well as an air of class. The best unit I’ve ever stayed in hands-down! Salute to the host.

This is a great place to stay! We enjoyed our time! Towels, linens and bedding are all great. Beds are very comfortable. The deck, outdoor area and the pool were all an added bonus. The grounds keeper who stays on the property is very kind. Would definitely stay there again.

I've stayed in a few places in Puerto Plata and James's place has moved right to the top of my list when staying on the north coast of DR. The apartment is very modern with all the comforts of being home, from the 75" tv's in each room, A.C's, king size "very comfortable" beds in both rooms, the separate wifi in each room, modern bathroom fixtures (excellent hot water and pressure) and full modern kitchen. The neighborhood is one of the most exclusive in the area and provides the level of security and comfort that well-traveled people expect. The apartment building is towards the top of the hill, so having a car is probably preferable but not absolutely necessary because of the numerous moto taxis in the area. Will definitely be looking to stay here in the future and would definitely not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Karen was an excellent host! Very responsive and reliable to when it comes to any issues you may have. The place is clean and it’s in a really nice and quiet area. Had a great time there and will definitely be coming back! Thanks for having me Karen!😁
