Ein wunderbar mit viel Liebe saniertes altes Häuschen am Rande von Arredondo. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge, wenn sie frei von Wolken sind oder beobachtet einfach das Wolkenspiel an den Bergspitzen. Die überdachte Terasse ist ideal für ein Frühstück oder Abendessen im Freien. Wir haben es die Woche täglich genutzt, um einfach auch den Blickzu genießen. Das Grundstück ist sauber und gepflegt. Da es am Hang liegt, muss man etwas den Berg ansteigen. Für Wanderer aber sicher kein Problem. Ein Bach, der Ason, plätzschert unterhalb des Grundstücks. Hohe Bäume um das Grundstück, die aber nicht stören. Für 4 Personen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir würden gern wiederkommen. Leider gibt es zu viele schöne Plätze, die auf uns warten. If you are looking for a quiet, historical, peaceful experience in northern Spain, this is it. The stone house is modernized and comfortable with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen is excellent and it was wonderful to have an outdoor space to eat and lounge and enjoy the setting. We stayed five days and there are endless day trips to take to nearby towns, beaches, mountains, markets and restaurants. Diego was a fantastic host and Marta opened the house for us. Both responded immediately to any of our needs. We loved it.

Für uns gab es nichts zu meckern. Ein schönes Haus in einer ruhigen und besseren Wohnecke. Die zentrale Lage zum Strand und zur Ortsmitte super. Vorab haben wir viel Informationen von Maria erhalten und beim Empfang lief alles wunderbar. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und da das Wetter wechselhaft war war das grosse Haus super. Der Garten mit dem alten Baumbestand sorgt für Schatten und die Abendsonne schön für einen Sundowner. Unser Hund fühlte sich auf dem voll eingezäunten Gelände auch sehr wohl. Also wer in diese Ecke möchte mit Hund - oder Kinder denn der Keller ist voll mit Kinderspielzeug - ist hier richtig. Danke- liebe Maria- dass wir in eurem Haus sein durften.

Una casa muy bonita y comoda para una pequeña familia. Hemos estado muy agusto tres días, la casa tiene lo imprescindible para que no falte de nada en tu estancia. Esta en una zona tranquila, hay que moverse unos 8 min para super y sitios de comer. La casa comparte parte del jardin, pero tiene un trocito vallado por si llevas chuchos. En general recomendaría la estancia si quieres moverte por la zona, Cabarceno y Santander están a unos 20 min.

We stayed here three nights with our four children while exploring the Picos. The photos don’t do it justice. Incredible nice space with the most lovely patio. Very clean and private feeling. Potes is an easy ~8 min drive away for restaurants. You’re within an hour of several great hikes in the Picos de Europa. One hike we (which we unfortunately have time to do) departs right from behind the home. Host was very communicative and helpful. Hope to come back some day!

wir sind drei Erwachsene mit Hund. abgeschlossenes Grundstück, der Eigentümer hat selbst einen kleinen (gut verträglichen) Hund, das merkt man. Hundedecke auf Couch und Hundebett vorhanden, Wohnung sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles funktioniert, herrlicher gepflegter Garten mit schöner Hecke als Blickschutz zur Strasse, guter Grill, 2 gute Gartenliegen, Sonnenschirm, Essecke, zusätzlich atemberaubender Ausblick vom Balkon über den Ort ins Landesinnere, die besten Betten (Matratzen) die ich in einer Ferienwohnung seit Jahren hatte, nachts völlige Ruhe, Der Ort Somo bietet nicht sehr viel aber Santander ist sehr schön über eine kleine Fähre zu erreichen, Der Strand ist riesig, feinster Sand, wird gereinigt, Badezone überwacht, Hunde (obwohl tagsüber am Strand verboten) wurden im Juni toleriert, kristalklares Wasser Strand fussläufig in ca. 15 Minuten über verschiedene Wege durch einen Pinienhain gut zu erreichen. es war wundervoll - danke Jesus!!

Es war ein toller Urlaub, Pat war jederzeit hilfreich und hat immer sofort geantwortet und geholfen! Tolle Aussicht auf die Picos direkt aus dem Bett! Die schöne Stadt Potes direkt in der Nähe! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Desde el principio todo fue muy fácil con Carmen, en todo momento estuvimos comunicadas para cualquier duda que tuviésemos. El apartamento era exactamente igual a las fotos y estaba muy limpio y con todo tipo de bienes básicos. Volvería a repetir, ya que el entorno del apartamento era muy tranquilo y bonito, hemos pasado unos días muy buenos.

Rebeca es muy buena anfitriona, muy atenta en todo momento y la casa está impoluta, no ha podido ser mejor la estancia, recomiendo este alojamiento al 100%, muy buena experiencia

Todo está cuidado al detalle y se nota el mimo con el que está pensada para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. El entorno es aún más especial: un pueblo de Cantabria lleno de encanto, con un paisaje idílico que invita a desconectar, respirar aire puro y disfrutar del silencio. Queremos destacar también a David, el anfitrión, por su cercanía, amabilidad y disponibilidad en todo momento. Se agradece mucho encontrar personas así cuando viajas. Ap 9 is really private and has lovely outside space. Such a beautiful location with lots of lovely towns/walks nearby. Host is helpful and friendly.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia en casa de Lola. El lugar es precioso y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Estamos muy agradecidos a Lola por su amabilidad y nos hemos quedado con ganas de conocer mejor la zona. Seguro que volveremos.

La casa está en una zona muy tranquila y boscosa, cuenta con todo para pasar una estancia agradable, una buena cocina, salón grande, espacio exterior amplio y piscina. Iñigo está muy pendiente de sus huéspedes y siempre respondía rápido y con amabilidad.

We spent in total 10 days in the aopartment and had a really nice holiday. The appartment is equipped with all necessary utilities and was very tidy and clean. Jose was a wonderful host and available whenever needed. We can definitely recommend the appartement and surely plan to come back one day.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful time at Bea's cabin. It is very tastefully renovated and you can tell the owners poured a lot of love into it. There are opportunities for lovely walks around the house without needing to take the car. Bea is also very responsive and gives great recommendations. Would love to come back one day!

I wish to do not share places like this and keep it private :) The view is stunning! An amazing place to relax from daily noise! Nick and Kate were helpful and their place is gorgeous! I wish to spend more time in place like this: birds, cows, clouds, barbecue, sauna, walks, rain, mountains, fog.

Una casa perfecta para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos desconectando. Cerca de la playa y de muchos puntos de interés. Está muy nueva y es muy amplia. Muy recomendable

La estancia en la cabaña de Luis ha sido fantástica! Un paraje natural espectacular en el que se encuentra situada y el que ha creado el anfitrión dentro de la finca, con un río artificial junto a la cabaña, un montón de árboles de diferentes especies, y vegetación abundante. Te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Además, dispones de una experiencia muy especial con una hoguera nocturna (que él mismo enciende), de hacer una “ruta” por la marisma en Kayak (él te ayuda desde la propia finca, aunque sea con peques, como en nuestro caso), o de ir a una calita impresionante desde la misma cabaña , por un camino con mucho encanto, en apenas 10 minutos a pie. Dispones de diferentes espacios para descansar, comer, jugar, tomar el sol, cocinar, etc, e incluye alguna sorpresilla más… La cabaña dispone de todo lo necesario de verdad, tanto en productos de aseo como de cocina. Una estancia diferente a todas, muy completa y llena de actividades y sorpresas.

Der Aufenhalt bei Teresa war rundum eine tolle Erfahrung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und super ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an nichts und wir fühlten uns direkt wohl. Der Ausblick von der Unterkunft ist beeindruckend. Die Gegend ist ruhig und man hat seine Privatsphäre. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen und Teresa gab uns wertvolle Tipps. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

het is een geweldige plek met heel veel privacy en een subliem uitzicht. Ook de omgeving was overal prachtig. De WiFi in het huisje was super stabiel. Het dichtstbijzijnde dorpje Selaya is ongeveer 25 minuten rijden over een prachtige weg. Het heeft voldoende winkels voor de normale boodschappen. Zelfs een aparte bakkerij met heerlijk brood. Als we de kans krijgen zouden we er zeker nog eens heen gaan.

Todo ha ido estupendamente, el anfitrión muy atentento en todo el momento y la estancia muy tranquila. El apartamento estaba en una zona tranquila para descansar y estaba muy ordenado y limpio. Nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Nice and cosy apartment in the complex. Easy to find and very good communication with the Host. The only disadvantage was the lack of mobile network and the WIFI connection was very unstable. If this is not mandatory for your stay I can highly recommend staying there for a few days to chill and explore the surroundings :)
