The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Outbuilding at the end of our garden in the middle of the block in a very quiet area. Its surface area is 36 m2 and its private terrace is completely independent and hidden from the main house. The chalet is originally intended to accommodate a couple but we can add an extra bed for a child. The chalet is rigorously cleaned, disinfected and ventilated between each tenant. WE ONLY PROVIDE LINEN UPON REQUEST (€30 local laundry rate).
