Great 1st floor apartment on the beach, managed by a concierge company. Great views. Spacious apartment. Need to take towels, tea towel, loo roll etc if staying longer than a few days. Great place. Will stay again definitely.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment - everything was well equipped and exactly as described. Even our special request was solved within a short spell. The surrounding needs still some time to develop, but didn’t bother us. A bakery and a nice café are just arround the corner.

The studio apartment is one of the most beautiful and clean we have been in. It has everything you could possibly need. It is also in a quite area, private parking, and Bernard is very responsive and helpful. We thought the location was perfect for daily trips around the area and even Belgium. Very smooth handling. Clear documentation for access. The apartment itself is equipped to perfection. Very nice space, lots of light and no noise from neighbors. The location of the property is very quiet, with beautiful views of Ostend and the sea. The only downside of this quiet location is that you have to walk for a while to then take the boat to Ostend city center. Furthermore, I can only recommend this.

It is truly a beautiful house with everything you need. It felt more like a hotel than a gîte, so luxurious and equipped with everything. The house is brand new, spacious and super luxuriously equipped. Not far from the sea, supermarket, pharmacy, and yet very quiet! We definitely hope to come back again. Responsive and attentive host, offering a spotless space. Very well located to enjoy and discover, as a family, the many splendid landscapes of the Baie de Somme and its surroundings. Multiple original activities are accessible: crossing the Bay, historic train tour near the Bay, velorail in Cauyeux-sur-Mer, the cliffs of Tréport and its funicular, etc. Thanks again!

very nice stay spent in Sandrine's house. very nice location, quiet. very nice house. the master bedroom with its bathroom and its small outdoor terrace on the roof is very pleasant. the sea of Petit Caux is superb with the cliffs and quiet. Petit caux is a very nice link. I recommend this very well-equipped rental. Sandrine was very available by phone. earlier check-in and checkout later than in some rentals so really good.

We came to spend the weekend (from Friday to Sunday) in this rental because we were invited to a wedding that took place at the Traxene estate. Located 5 minutes' walk from the estate, this rental is ideal. The owner is very welcoming, available and responsive. I highly recommend it!
