Condo holiday rentals in Cottonwood

The place was in a great location close to restaurants , bars , shops & trailheads. Perfect for 2 . Backyard view was so nice. Would definitely stay again! Guest book & binder gave great recommendations

We had a great stay here! It met all my expectations and was a great location for everything we had planned. The host quickly responded to all my questions. Such a quiet and friendly neighborhood.

This condo was in a perfect area and met all of our needs! We loved it and would stay there again! Our only little snag was that our Ram pick-up did not fit in the garage! We ended up parking it down by the clubhouse each night. It was really close and not a big deal!! Again, we absolutely loved our stay here!!

We are a group of college girlfriend's who spent the week touring around Sedona. Tim & Sonia's place was ideal for us. We had plenty of beds, showers etc. We took advantage of the pool a couple days too! I think the easy access and cleanliness of the rental made the week so stress free! Thank you Tim & Sonia for quickly answering our questions. Would highly recommend!

We loved staying at Moondance Terrace, what a beautiful comfortable house in a peaceful location. The interior is very new and modern with comfortable well thought out room layouts. The kitchen and bathrooms are lovely. The view from the terrace is amazing and we enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning and evenings, it was a very quiet area. The fire pit was also very enjoyable. Ric & Jen were great communicators and very helpful with my numerous questions. The location is excellent, very convenient to town if you wanted to go out to eat in the evening. Being less than 3 miles from highway 89A was peaceful, but easy to get to and explore the roads north of town, and also back to Phoenix. There are some great sunset locations for Cathedral rock close by. An excellent stay!

Colleen and the Hilton were very easy to work with. The studio is that - a studio. For my husband and I it was perfect. We used the very clean pool and hot tub everyday. Great location

Andrew was a great host, very responsive, helpful and kind! The place was awesome to stay in and within short walking distance to many great restaurants and things to do. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself is at the base of Sedona so it takes about 10-15 minutes on a one way road to drive into Sedona proper. I did not care about that at all, as there was no traffic and the drive is scenic. The condo was comfortable and well taken care of and just right for what we needed. We were a family of 4 so each of our 21 & 23 year old sons had their own bedroom which was nice. A living room splits the primary and the other 2 bedrooms so there was a decent amount of privacy as well. The pool is a short 2 minute walk from the condo, super convenient.

The home was a dream to stay in for 24 days. Great location and vortex-type energy even though it was several miles from 'official' vortexes. We were sad to leave. Top quality furniture with reclining leather lounges, covered verandahs to catch morning or afternoon sun or shade - all 3 with comfortable furniture, and fabulous views of red rock mountains. Quiet, peaceful, garden with large vibrant trees. Efficient aircon, chef's dream, magnificently equipped kitchen. High quality massive washer and dryer. 2 super-comfy king beds. Lots of pillows, blankets, towels, sheets. 2 minutes drive from supermarket, chemist, ATM. 5 minutes from a new well-equipped Snap Fitness. Fabulous experience overall and definitely the best holiday we've ever had. No problem at all navigating the drive to west Sedona except on Memorial Day weekend for a few hours. (The busiest day of the year).Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were INSTANTLY responsive for every small request.

This property was amazing! Close to all things — restaurants, shopping, and hiking. Beautifully furnished condo. Allison was awesome, we arrived in town a little early and she was flexible with our check in. Had the best time for our girls trip!

Our stay in Sedona was wonderful! The townhome was in a great location (not quite in the middle of everything but very accessible and we prefer to not be in the more touristy part). Easy access to tons of hikes, restaurants, cafes etc. it was a cozy place with everything we needed

This home was very comfortable. We stayed for a few days since we didn’t want to stay in Sedona. Pretty quick drive to Sedona from here and beautiful views everywhere you look.

This condo was perfect for me and my two friends to stay at for a weekend in Sedona. Keep in mind this location is about a 15 minute drive from the main/downtown area of Sedona, but that was fine with us as there still are coffee shops, restaurants, a market, etc. within walking distance. The condo was very clean and comfortable.The kitchen had everything we needed as well because we did cook a couple meals there! Overall we were very happy with our stay and would book this condo again!

We love staying at Junipine, and were very pleased to find this unit on Airbnb. It’s among the trees and close to the creek, though not on the creek. The bed is comfortable, and it’s quiet and peaceful. Though we did not use the upstairs bedroom/bathroom, we can imagine it would be just as comfortable for a larger group. Very easy communication with Sedona property management. Polite and helpful. We look forward to a future visit!

We found this space clean and fun. We enjoyed playing the pac-man game unit. The host was kind and responsive to our questions. The unit included many thoughtful touches which made if feel welcoming. The mattresses were a bit firm for our liking, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Trish :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the RRR. Place was extremely clean and well decorated. The amenities onsite were an added bonus. Both the hot tub and pool were in pristine condition and an awesome place to relax after hiking. The location was perfect as well. We enjoyed that we were close to Sedona while being in a more quiet spot. Many cute restaurants and shops in walking distance. Awesome trails and sights to see within only a few minute drive from the Airbnb. Would absolutely recommend this spot for a stay in the Sedona area!!

We had a great stay at Suite Space's. The property was clean and easy to navigate and also had multiple pools, which allowed you to mix things up during the hot afternoons. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great location. Resort was fun. Kids loved the mini golf, pool, hot tub. Place as expected even had small in unit laundry and had detergent. All linens and beds were comfortable. My kids thought the sofa sleeper was much more comfortable than hotel roll a ways so worked for us. Had 2 full baths so worked perfectly Host was responsive.

This unit is in a great location near grocery stores and restaurants. Minutes from Bell Rock trailhead. Fully stocked and comfortable. Beds were amazing. They had spices and condiments in fridge which is very helpful. We went for a girls trip and it was just perfect.

I had a great stay at Chris and Jared's unit 204! It was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! 5 star rental for sure!

If your looking for a really nice, comfortable place to stay while visiting the village of oak creek, I highly recommend staying here. Our host Ina has created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms nicely done. The living room sofas were a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing and we pleasantly enjoyed having our morning coffee on the patio. location was great with a supermarket and restaurant literally within walking distance! Ina was a wonderful host always responsive and helpful. As I said before, I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. You won't be disappointed. Thank you again, Ina !!

Exactly as described. It was clean and beautiful. There were very clear instructions on how to get into the unit. It was a great location away from downtown Sedona. I would recommend and will stay again if in the area.

The location and the three bedrooms worked out really well.

The condo was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed our time here. The town where it is located has plenty of food options and Sedona is only a short drive away. The pool water was cold in late May but felt refreshing after a morning hike. The pool was large enough for several kids to swim. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!
