Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cottonwood

Bob was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house was also super clean and cozy, we felt right at home and it was the perfect getaway for our vacation.

Steve introduced himself when we got there and very nice. House was clean and very nice. Had a great time.

Our stay at Steve and Shirley’s place was absolutely wonderful! They thought of every detail. Shirley’s response time was immediate. Directions to the location were spot on. Instructions during our time of stay were clear and left nothing to question. Although, if we had a question Shirley would have been ready to answer! The location is quite a treat! The amount of love Steve put into building such a beautiful property is apparent. The way the nearby river was diverted onto their property to create calming flows of water in different areas of the grounds, and eventually into a pond was masterfully done. My husband and I enjoyed exploring the area taking in all the details of the property. My favorite place was the hot tub hut which was open to the views and the sounds of nature! We would hands down stay here or in one of the other rentals again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay, so relaxing and peaceful. Our hosts pay so much attention to detail from the pillow menu to the fully applianced kitchen. Everything was spotless and the home has a great atmosphere. The highlight for sure was the outdoor fireplace watching the sunset. Thank you to our amazing hosts for a warm welcome, my husband and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great, the house is close to town, but feels like you are out in the country. Beautiful, private patio, and Gwenn is the real gem! Highly recommend staying here if you are in Sedona.

Me and my family only stayed for one day but it was a very charming and peaceful spot. It was close to all of our activities and lots to do within walking distance. The home itself was clean, and comfortable and a lot more spacious than we assumed. Would definitely consider this place again if I find myself in Arizona in the future.

This was the nicest rental I've stayed in in a long time! Not only was the space clean and inviting, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and essentials. It was a perfect size for our group and we thoroughly enjoyed the front porch. We enjoyed walking to Old Town shoppes and restaurants and a number of wineries were less than a half hour drive. I'd stay here again if returning to Cottonwood!

We loved this home! The location was great! About 20 minute walk to downtown cottonwood, 15 minute walk to the dog park and perfect location! The home was perfect! We love how the dogs could run around in the yard and it be fenced in! The beds were comfortable and the home was perfect for what we needed!

Kim is an incredibly thoughtful and responsive host. The home became available for early check-in on the day we were to arrive and Kim let us know right away. This was so helpful as we were traveling from a distance. The home was very clean and the instructions for entry, check-in, check-out, and use of the space and amenities were detailed and clear. This was one of the most equipt AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in! Tons of kitchen utensils, linens, pillows, and even a fan in the bedrooms! The home felt very safe. There is a ton of parking. And the home was extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great stay! Nice canyon views, the amenities were as listed, clean, kitchen well stocked, BBQ grill, patio and pool available & so close to hiking … didn’t have to drive … plenty of restaurants and grocery stores available. Host was very accommodating. In our 9 night stay, we met so many people.. from all over the world. So nice chatting with them. Several live in the condos… since this is 2nd time visiting we were able to reconnect. We will stay here again. Thank you 😊

The hosts of the Lofts of Old Town are very accommodating in all regards, friendly, engaged and make the stay in the AirBnB a very enjoyable experience. This is the second time I've stayed at this property and we have plans and look forward to returning in the future.

This was the PERFECT landing pad for our adventures - the community pool was fantastic. There are restaurants, grocery, playground, golf course all in walking distance. The condo itself is small, but includes everything you need to have a great stay. Short drives to great hiking, everything sedona has to offer, still not too far from flagstaff and was easily drivable from Phoenix where we flew into. There was plenty of linen, the kitchen was adequately equipped (minus the extra dull knives) the shower was hot and the A/C was cold. There is WIFI, the neighborhood is friendly and safe, check in and out was super simple , what else can I say? I’d stay again, in a heartbeat!

We loved Jakob's place! Very clean, enough room for the 3 of us and it was just steps away from the pool. Grocery store, gas station and shopping are all within walking distance. Jakob communicated great & we would love to stay on our next trip to Sedona!

We loved this place. The price was right! So comfortable after camping out, it was what we needed to recuperate.

This was a great place for our stay in the Sedona area! It was extremely clean. There were clear instructions about several things, a few extra bathroom things left for our use, and she left a nice snack basket. Sharlene checked in with us a few times and responded back quickly. There was a grocery store just across the street from the complex and several good restaurants right in the area. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!!
