Welcome to our neat, spacious, ground-level, downstairs apartment! Garage access and parking for 4-5 cars! We are tucked away in the suburbs with a nice view of the Jordan Valley and Oquirrh mountains and yet close to EVERYTHING; 17min from downtown SLC, 20 min to Skiing, 15 min from “silicon slopes”. We live upstairs and have 4 little kids under the age of 10 so it may be a little…stompy. And screamy. And sound like a dump truck unloading potatoes upstairs, but only from 8-10am and 5-9pm😇

This is a quiet basement apartment with two bedrooms, a fully equipped small kitchen with gas range, microwave and refrigerator. A bath with a large shower, living room with a comfortable seating. A large table for meals or work. Cable TV and internet, a stacked washer and dryer for guests' exclusive use. Fenced yard, patio with hot tub, a park within walking distance, public transit and a gym nearby.

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease. Backyard & dog run unavailable April - August 2026.

Free washer and dryer. Pets are welcome and I have a fully fenced backyard!

This is a detached guest house! Private access, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 queen bed and sofa pull out. Close to little cottonwood canyon and public transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, family/kids! I live in the house next door, and I'm a great area guide! I can show you around town, the mountains and give you all the good details about making your ski trip a memorable one!- or complete privacy if that’s what you prefer.
