Monthly Rentals in Cottonwood

This is a cozy "man cave" garage package with living quarters. This is perfect for children and adults alike! We enjoyed the open space, the fooseball table and the pacman arcade games. When it was time to quiet down, the den area was the perfect comfortable space to watch a movie and relax. We hope to be returning guests soon!

Our family spent a couple of nights together before my son deployed with the National Guard. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was nice to spend time together in a cozy environment and without having separate hotel rooms. I am hoping it will be available when he arrives home in May of 2026.

We loved the location and everything about the place. It was a very convenient place to stay. Trish was amazing and very friendly. She was very informative on places to see/eat/visit. Thank you for everything 😊

This air bnb is even better than the photos! The space was expansive, the owners went above and beyond and a peaceful/quiet space! I am definitely staying again! The bars and restaurants nearby were great for a small town. This place is a gem!
