Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Coudeville-sur-Mer

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. If someone guides you then that is fine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Delphine, your place rocks! 😎🇫🇷🙏🏻☀️ xxx

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

Séjour agréable et sans le moindre problème. Un axe d'amélioration peut-être avec l'ajout d'une connexion WIFI compte tenu des connexions très difficiles à l'intérieur de la maison sur les réseaux Bouygues ou Orange.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Stephan nous a très bien accueilli avec un excellent repas des iles. Logement très grand, et spacieux, il propose beaucoup de d'activités, billard / babyfoot / barbecue..... Le jaccouzi est un gros plus. Je recommande vivement !! :)

Maison avec beaucoup de charme décorée et agencée avec goût et très bien achalandée notamment pour cuisiner. Emplacement très calme et proche de la mer et des sentiers de randonnée.

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt!! Der Aufenthalt bei Véronique und Jean Jacques war einfach nur FANTASTISCH. Mit einem anderen Wort kann ich das nicht beschreiben. Wir waren zu viert mit einem kleinen Kind und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft ist Top ausgestattet und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt und fehlt doch was oder man hat ein Anliegen sind die beiden Gastgeber sofort für einem da. Wir wurden sogar mit selbstgemachten Würsten und anderen Köstlichkeiten begrüsst und Jean Jacques fragte uns ob wir, da er selbst mit seinem Foodtruck an den umliegenden Märkten unterwegs ist, ob er uns frische Austern mitbringen soll. Gerade mit Kindern ist die Unterkunft perfekt da man den riesigen eingezäunten Garten mit Schaukeln, Spielsachen und grosser Wiese zu freien Verfügung und für sich ganz alleine hat. Auch Ausflüge zu naheliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ohne weit zu fahren möglich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses fantastische Haus zu 100% empfehlen

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night to be in the area of Mont Saint Michel because we were doing a tour of it the next day. You can see it from Cancale and it’s only a 35 minute drive The minute we walked into the Airbnb we were charmed. So much thought and nuance has been put into the place! We were impressed how well he used the space that he had to make the renovations he did. The shower was great, worked well and the whole apartment was super clean and had a very pleasant smell. The free parking is basically on top of the Airbnb and short two minute walk down some charming slate stairs. Even the parking lot overlooking the whole bay was like a big open arm welcome. We don’t like oysters or much seafood but if you do this is the place to get it. They are famous for their oysters! Definitely recommend, and also recommend other Airbnb hosts to stay there; to see how it’s done!

tres beau logement au calme et à proximité de St Malo, Cancale, Dînant.... Delphine propose un logement de qualité. De nombreux équipements sont disponibles. Les lits sont confortables. Bref, tout est réuni pour que le séjour soit parfait. Merci beaucoup!

It's a delightful little paradise! The apartment is snug and cozy, the garden beautiful and peaceful. I had a lot of fun during the short (or sometimes longer) chats with Guy. It's clear that he is passionate about the region and has a lot to tell about it. I had a little less contact with Jocelyn, but she is very friendly as well. To be honest, I felt a bit like staying at my grandparents, which was a nice feeling. The location is perfect. A lovely hiking trail passes right in front of the door. All the 'big sights' of Normandy are in reach within a day-trip. All in all I enjoyed my time there a lot and I definitely hope to come back another time.

Très bel appartement à proximité de la plage, grand et lumineux. Le jacuzzi est confortable et un vrai plus qu'on a beaucoup apprécié ! La grande chambre est belle, mais la lumière y rentre le matin par le plafond, il vaut mieux avoir un masque sur les yeux si on préfère dormir dans le noir :). Attention à bien lire l'annonce également, puisque les draps et serviettes ne sont pas inclus et sont mis à disposition avec un surcoût, ce que j'ai trouvé surprenant (j'avais manqué l'information dans le texte de l'annonce et n'ai pas apprécié).

Nous étions ravis de retrouver une nouvelle fois l'appartement de Luc, chaleureux et avec tout le nécessaire. La situation est parfaite (centrale, bons restaurants à immédiate proximité, balades...), et on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur le port! Luc est réactif et arrangeant, cela nous a bien aidé.

Le logement est très bien équipé et correspond à l'annonce. Il y a différents espaces très bien conçus. L'espace jacuzzi est un vrai plus. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Cinque stelle solo perché non è possibile dare di più! un posto da sogno è un'accoglienza davvero calorosa. In occasione di Ferragosto abbiamo anche partecipato a due serate di festa con Street Food bretone e musica. Gli host sono stati fantastici, non avremmo proprio voluto andar via!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette jolie maison confortable décorée avec goût et proche de la plage Le cadre est paisible nous nous sommes bien ressourcés pour débuter nos vacances Jean Christophe est tres sympathique et réactif

Malgré la pluie nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location où le cadre a été travaillé avec soin (mobilier, luminaires et tableaux chinés). Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la cabane perchée dans les arbres et ramasser les châtaignes dans le grand jardin. Il nous a manqué les feux dans la cheminée que nous aimons particulièrement à l'automne. Pour le reste, la location est bien située (proximité de la plage, visites de sites, quartier plutôt calme).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille pour les fêtes de Noël . La maison était parfaitement fidèle à la description, ainsi que la vue promise , aucune déception ! de plus la maison avait été décoré pour Noël ! la maison est grande et très chaleureuse et vraiment propice aux réunions familiales ! de plus les hôtes sont très réactifs et sympathiques , nous avons eu une petite panne de courant à 22h qui a été réglé très rapidement avec l’assistance de Sebastien . La salle de jeu et le jacuzzi sont vraiment un plus , ainsi que la grande cheminée qui permet des longues soirées cocooning au salon . Nous reviendrons assurément !

Einfach herrlich! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der umwerfenden Landschaft, dem gepflegten Haus und dem naturnahen Garten sehr genossen. 🫶 Durchweg perfekt. 👍Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! 🙌 Lieb gemeinter Optimierungsvorschlag: Bitte mehr Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern. Man nimmt ja immer bissle mehr zum Anziehen mit. 😉

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Maison très agréable, spacieuse et bien agencée, adaptée aux grands et aux petits, à 5min à pied du centre-ville de Cancale et 15min à pieds du port. Brigitte est une hôte très gentille et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 3 familles sans jamais nous marcher dessus !

Logement très qualitatif, qui correspond aux descriptions, permettant de passer un excellent séjour. Les lits sont très confortables, le bain à remou très grand et la cuisine très fonctionnelle. A 2km des plages et cabanes de Gouville, rien à redire

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Christian et Isabelle. Ils nous ont bien accueilli et ont toujours répondu lors de nos sollicitations. C’est très appréciable. La maison était très cosy, un environnement paysagé et décoré avec soins. Nous recommandons cette location.
