Cabin holiday rentals in Cougar

The cabin was great and 5 minutes from park entrance. They have 2 queen beds upstairs and 1 downstairs which I was pleasantly surprised to see. The creek is beautiful, my kids thoroughly enjoyed it.

I had the most AMAZING time at Brian’s home. My group of 7 wanted to spend a week in the woods celebrating our university graduation and it met our every need. The cabin is beautiful, spacious, and so cozy yet still polished and contemporary. As we traveled during finals week, we had tons of work, so each day we had work sessions and were all able to comfortably position ourselves around the house and spread out. The projector style tv (with access to all streaming platforms) was so fun for nighttime watch parties and people could spread out across the main couch, conversation pit, and picnic tables and still easily view the tv. The hot tub was the most incredible gem and we used it everyday without fail. The kitchen is fully equipped with all tools and seasoning for various meals, and we had a great time making meals together. Brian is the best host I’ve ever had and went above and beyond to make our stay comfy. Cannot recommend this place enough, excited to one day return :))

I was sad we only stayed one night because the cabin is a wonderful little slice of heaven. We particularly loved relaxing in the hot tub and in front of the wood stove. If nothing else, go for the divine hot tub! Deer passed through the front space the morning of our departure which was a nice little sight. Short drive to Mt. Rainier National Park was also a plus.

We chose to stay here for our honeymoon and we couldn't have been more happy with that decision. The house was very comfy, the hot tub was so relaxing, and the views were absolutely incredible. We fell in love with Fernie's coffee shop and couldn't recommend their coffee and bagels enough! All in all, we loved the trip and were so lucky to have such a beautiful place to stay to start our married life. Already looking forward to our next trip to Oregon:)

Our stay was incredible! Rachel And Rico perfectly described their lovely home, and even then, it was more thanwhat we could have thought. Perfectly located near Sandy, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Relaxing in the hot tub and hearing the river near the property was very relaxing. Rachel And Rico were incredibly helpful and responsive, and even checked on us during our stay. When I one day come back to Oregon again, I will definitely stay here again.

Great place with everything you need. Town has all amenities you would need. Beds were comfortable- not the most toddler friendly place (although most places aren’t built for that anyhow). Only issue was intermittent power outages which are expected in isolated mountain towns- not the hosts fault but when you buy food to cook and plan to sit in hot tub, it makes a difference. Next time will come more prepared to use bbq instead. Overall, would recommend

Everything was just as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. We had a great time enjoying the hot tub, relaxing by the fire pit, and soaking in the peaceful vibe. A perfect little getaway. Would definitely stay again!

If you’re looking for a cozy place where you could feel comfortable lounging all day, but also have the beautiful Mt. Rainier nearby, this is the place for you. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that felt like a home. The hosts did a great job balancing clean and organized, but cozy and personalized. You can tell a lot of love went into decorating. All the furniture was comfortable as well. Renai communicated throughout our stay and even checked in before going backpacking. I look forward to staying here again.

We had a terrific stay at this beautiful, peaceful cabin. The cabin itself was spotless and cozy, we felt right at home. Amber was super quick to respond when needed! Easy to find using the provided directions. Tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, while still close to town! We would highly recommend staying at this cabin and would love to come back one day.

Clean space. Firepit was really nice to use. A bit chilly on rainy days, but we had fire wood so it worked out. Overall, good stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Michelle’s cabin for Father’s Day weekend! The peaceful surroundings and cozy, thoughtfully designed interior made it the perfect spot for a family getaway. Our three little girls had the best time swinging in the hammock and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. The river is just a short walk away, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. The cabin was clean, quiet, and stocked with everything we needed. Michelle provided clear instructions and a super helpful welcome guide with great local recommendations. We’re already hoping to come back soon!

Another amazing stay at Bigfoot Crossing. We loved a visit from Boots the cat, hiking on the Skate Creek trails in the neighborhood, enjoying a movie by the fire and the perfect cabin accommodations. As always, it was clean, family friendly and had wonderful hosts. We can’t wait to be back!

A cozy cabin close to the Golf course in Packwood. The cabin was super clean and spacious. We can highly recommend it! Good to know: No dishwasher. Bring dishwashing liquid (new sponge provided). Only capsule coffee available. (We brought our french press and bialetti) Google maps is not reliable when routing from the cabin to the Mt Rainier National park. Check the national park website. Overall, we had a great stay!

What a magical home! It’s such a welcoming, rejuvenating space with thoughtful touches and details all around. I loved starting the morning with coffee on the porch, listening to records and the beautiful backdrop of the creek water flowing by. What a great place to stay for a long weekend! We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful property, abundant places to sit outdoors, the hot tub, comfy beds and well-outfitted kitchen. It was a wonderful jumping off point to head out for a day of hiking and exploring and then to come back to for making dinner and relaxation. We definitely want to come back sometime!

The definition of cozy cottage in the woods. Loved every minute! Felt like stepping back in time, played a movie on the VCR and songs on cassette. Didn’t want to leave!

Nice cabin for a quiet trip. It was clean and comfy. The heater worked well at night. There's a firepit in front of the cabin, and you can buy firewood from the host. Remember, there's no electricity or shower in the cabin. You can use a shared shower nearby. Also, the pizza place and store on the map are only open some times of the year. The nearest places to eat and buy things are 30 minutes away by car. The host was friendly, quick to reply, and gave good tips about the area.
