Riverside guest annexe is in a secluded garden but is within 50m of Waterfall Park and Great Ayton High Green, with its shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways and Tourist Information. The annexe is attached to our house, but has its own entrance, patio, garden area and parking space. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, plus a third adult or up to 2 children on our pull-out and/or sofa bed. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries. No smoking or pets are permitted in the annexe.

The Town House @ College Square

We had a great stay. The location was perfect, and the house was exactly what we were after for the three of us, including our 20-month-old son. The rooms were a perfect size, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely! It would have been handy to have some basic kitchen amenities like salt, pepper, and oil, but we’ll know to bring those next time. Highly recommend this place, we’ll definitely be back!

Me and my family had the best Easter break staying here. Paul was so friendly and welcomed us as we arrived. He even went above and beyond, providing us with extras such as tea, coffee, milk, butter, bread and eggs. Everything was as described and the cottage was even nicer than pictured. It was in a peaceful location, hidden away, but had the perks of being close to everywhere we wanted to go - Saltburn, Whitby, Yarm and York. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
