Located right next to Holmberg Park with 76 acres of conservation area & within walking distance to Whitworth University in north Spokane. 7 miles from downtown and 5.5 miles from Spokane Arena. Many restaurants, shopping, and recreation are close by which makes it easy to plan your visit! Please note there are 21 steps to the bonus room. Heat/AC, Kitchen, 3/4 Bath, Laundry.

It’s in the Whitworth University neighborhood Newly remodeled basement (2020) one bedroom with full bathroom, full kitchen (2024) and its own living room. Tastefully decorated by Janet in nautical style as the “The Anchorage Suite”. Situated in the prestigious and historic Whitworth University neighborhood, very close to many shops and restaurants on Spokane’s North side. Suitable for adults only. Hot tub use included. Entrance thru garage, however the suite itself is fully private.

A short walk to Whitworth University, but nestled in a lovely 1.3-acre setting, "The Lab" is a creatively-designed, private apartment in our daylight basement. As a former science teacher, I enjoyed making the space have great...chemistry! Among other things, it has a separate entrance, a garage bay for parking out of the elements, a washer and dryer, and a wooded setting. You'll be within 20 minutes of area attractions like downtown, Spokane Falls, the Centennial Trail, and Green Bluff.

Private basement suite near Whitworth University.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is newly remodeled. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

‘Viking Plass’ Whitworth area

Viking Plass is within walking distance to Whitworth University. A peaceful lower level apartment in a quiet well-kept neighborhood. Several restaurants and pubs, within walking distance. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and a gym are less than a 3 minute drive.
