Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cour-Maugis-sur-Huisne

A magnificent and typical Percheron house tastefully renovated. A bucolic and quiet environment. Everything was as described by Isabelle. We only stayed there for a weekend unfortunately. But we'll be back!

We had a wonderful Christmas party at this lovely home! The peaceful environment, the typical stone house with its wood burning stove, the deer visible every day at the edge of the forest was completely what we were looking for! Complete disconnection. Very good bedding, top kitchen equipment, nothing missing. We can only recommend Caroline's house which in addition is a very responsive and friendly host.

Thomas gave us our privacy from the word go, in this beautiful cottage. He made sure to check with us everything was ok when we arrived and during our stay. The area is exactly as it was described, beautiful French countryside for a quiet week away. The cottage was lovely and clean, even a surprise bottle of local apple juice for us! Plenty to keep us occupied in the cottage (books, games etc) and it was a great area to stay having walks and towns nearby. Would highly recommend a visit!

We had a great time at this cottage! The house is beautifully decorated, with a lot of taste, which makes it very warm and pleasant to live in. Special mention for the location: the area is extremely quiet, while being ideally located to visit the Perche. We recommend it without hesitation!

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. The dining room/kitchen area is large and has two tables (convenient for making a children's table, an adult table). There are two separate sleeping areas, each accessible by a staircase, the first leads to two bedrooms with a bathroom each, the second to two bedrooms as well as a bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. Be careful because the first staircase is quite steep for young children, the second, on the other hand, is more accessible. The garden, which is completely fenced, is like the house full of charm and has a Nordic bath! Near the house there is a very quiet paved path bordered by stud farms on which to walk. In conclusion, we had a great stay and we highly recommend it!

Olivier's house is nestled in the bucolic and soothing setting of the Perche. The elegant and neat decoration testifies to a refined taste. The exchange with our host was smooth and warm, and the arrival and departure times were very flexible. We had a most pleasant stay, and can only recommend this address without the slightest hesitation. We can't wait for our next visit!

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful house nestled in the heart of Perche. The place is a true haven of peace: absolute calm, soothing view of the garden, and an atmosphere conducive to rest and disconnection. The house itself is decorated with great taste and everything is designed to make you feel good and access to the pretty flower garden is a real positive point. Hong and Eric were very welcoming and gave us valuable advice on things to do and visit in the area. A rejuvenating stay in a beautiful setting, which we can only warmly recommend. We'll be happy to go back!

Even though our stay was very short, the place was spotless and matched the listing. Communication with Akim was simple, easy, and very responsive. Note that the bathroom is a little small.

Evelyn and Alain are great hosts. The house had a lot of history. Beautiful outdoor with a nice pool and barbecue setup. Lots of things to do for everyone in the family. Very well stocked.

Very nice house perfect for my birthday with your family or friends. We were 23 and managed to stay in the mansion using the large dorm rooms for children or entire family. Very large living spaces to be all together on the ground floor of the mansion, in the living room, the dining room with its beautiful table or the veranda and a dining area on the barbecue side very nice when the weather is nice. All the amenities are there to have a very nice stay from the kitchen to the hi-fi, to the leisure. Rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated and the associated bathrooms are very nice.

The house was spotless and true to the photos. It was large and pleasant, well-equipped. Everything was easy and very well indicated. The house was also very suitable for children (outdoor/indoor games/small bedroom/cribs/high chairs/children's dishes/secure pool). Peaceful and private house. The pool was large, heated, clean and very functional. We'll be back. Thanks also to the hosts for their kindness and clear instructions.

A true haven of peace! We had a wonderful stay in this charming house. The garden is a real gem: sunny from morning to night, perfectly maintained, ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal in the open air.
