Valgine will be happy to welcome you in the heart of the Perche! Our small semi-detached house is completely renovated, cottage with capacity for 4 people. Located in the center of a typical village. 4 km from Mortagne au Perche shops and 2 km from Chapelle Montligeon near the forest of St Mard de Reno. Alençon approx. 35 km. Hikes and horseback riding 2 km away, greenway access 400 meters from the accommodation Nearby restaurants. Vaulted cellar, patio, BBQ, garden furniture.

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage fully rehabilitated in 2019 in respect of the Percheron building (old tiles, lime coating, exposed beams...). With all the comforts you need and fiber, it's the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is available according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be on the agenda.

In the heart of Perche, close to all shops, close to Mortagne au Perche and Mêle sur Sarthe, this duplex will combine functionality and calm of the countryside. A few steps from the greenway, this studio is ideal for stopping during a hike, bike ride or horseback ride.
