A former shoemaker's shop renovated into an apartment, ECHOPPE is located on the square in Aubeterre-sur-Dronne (1.5 hours from Bordeaux/1 hour from Perigueux). With two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom, accessible garden, and parking, it's the ideal place to explore the village. View towards the Dronne and the castle. 500 meters from the campsite and beach, tennis court, canoeing and kayaking and several hiking trails to the neighboring towns. The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.
