Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

Charming house located in the hamlet of Andrevilliers, along the Eure, in a private property, quiet. The house, completely renovated and carefully decorated, has a private shaded outdoor garden, in which vehicle parking is possible. The village center is a 3-minute drive and the supermarket is 5 minutes away. Access via a pedestrian walkway provides direct access to the pond and the nautical center.

House which is 15 km from Chartres, 1h30 from Paris. The A11 motorway is 10 minutes from Illiers-combray exit: n° 3.1 Nearby (3kms to Bailleau le Pin) are all shops ( supermarket, bakery, pharmacy... etc.) Bed linen and towels are provided.
