Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Coux-et-Bigaroque-Mouzens

Caroline and Gilles are very warm and friendly hosts who were immediately available for questions. The listing is as described in the photos. It is a truly exceptional, very large apartment. The living room (formerly the station hall) resembles a museum, Caroline and Gilles have collected old station utensils and pictures and exhibited them there. The house and garden are lovingly restored and designed, the two have invested a lot of work (and money) to turn the old train station into a wonderful accommodation. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The center of Le Bugue is about 1 km away, via the beautiful bike path "voie verte" it is 4 km. We enjoyed the bike tours and our accommodation very much. I also enjoyed the personal contact and a little "chat" in the evening, so I could once again use my "rusty" French skills. Thank you for everything!

Would definitely return to this beautiful city and wonderful accomodation! Highly recommend this house- perfect for my husband, daughter, and 2 year old granddaughter! Room for more too! Loved it!!! Location amazing!

We loved this place. The location was perfect. Just steps away from the most beautiful medieval town of Sarlat. Close to a grocery store and a bank. You can park in front of the apartment for one hour free. Then you can easily find free parking down the street turn right at the Park sign. More parking up the road. We very much enjoy our stay in this lovely apartment.

From the moment we arrived it felt like home away from home, great location in the heart of Serlat, perfect for two couples, plenty of room, any questions asked where answered straight away, we were even able to stay an extra night which was great. Only one critic ! The bathroom with bath would be good if we could gang the shower head up ? That is my only critic, as the bath is amazing 🙂

I highly recommend Pascale's accommodation, everything is perfect, the location, the equipment, the environment (the countryside in the city!), the shops nearby not to mention the welcome which is great! For sure we will come back!

We had a pleasant stay. Sébastien and his wife are very friendly and available. Very clean apartment, good bedding and very nice pool for a relaxing time. Very quiet place, we will return without hesitation. Many things to do around, village, cave, hiking, canoeing and ....

Beautiful location on a pedestrian street, shop nearby, very beautiful village in the heart of the Dordogne, market on Thursday, very well-equipped apartment. Paid parking space. Just the bedding is not very comfortable because it is a sofa bed. Very decent set

We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Honestly one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed at we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely gorgeous and serene. There is a calmness to the area and everything in the house made it so easy. Our family had a magical time here and Jil was incredible. So helpful and kind. It was like visiting and staying at an old friend’s. The town was beautiful with very friendly people. Jil and Thomas have thought of everything you might need to the stereo system outside to the bbq and electric shutters for a perfect night sleep. We can’t wait to come back again and make it a tradition to stay here! 😍

We had the most wonderful holiday at Stephane and Bob's beautiful gite. They are very friendly and thoughtful hosts who have a fabulous home and garden. Our daughter loved the pool and felt very at home (as did we). The perfect place to relax but also very close to lots of places to visit. We hope to return! Many thanks 🙏

A gorgeous old stone house with chic updates. We only used 3 bedrooms and they were all comfortable with modern baths. Many places to gather, especially outside. The living room was lovely and welcoming. The farnhouse kitchen was very well supplied. The pool house was to die for and we had cocktails and even dinner there one evening. The views! Gorgeous, with castles and hot air balloons. The hosts live on site and were delightful when we ran across them but very discreet. It definitely felt like “our” property. Nothing negative to say, and we were blessed with fabulous weather! It’s in the heart of the must see towns along the Dordogne, with many restaurants and sights within 5-10 minutes. Marie’s home was beautiful and without a doubt the highest standard of accommodation we’ve stayed in with Airbnb. The location is so peaceful and felt very safe behind the remote controlled gate for your car and then the bungalow itself was absolutely superb, immaculately spotless with the most comfortable bed and living room accommodation and a kitchen and bathroom with all of the highest quality appliances, it really is superb. Marie was a charming host and if we get back to visit this beautiful part of the world again we shall definitely be staying here again, many thanks David & Teresa x

We enjoyed our two weeks stay at Véronique‘s a lot. The house is very nice, we felt at home right away. It is located in a lovely, well kept and quite village. If you see the neighbours in the streets, they are friendly. The house itself is very clean, offers even more space than the photos indicate, and is very well decorated. The kitchen has everything we needed when it comes to utensils and machinery. The bathrooms are nice, too. The view from the house onto the property and surrounding landscape is amazing and invites you to relax. We took a lot of meals on the balcony. We enjoyed the garden and especially the pool which is looked after by a specialist every view days. We saw a lot of different birds while being in the garden. The village offers a small restaurant and a very good bakery both with French cuisine/ pastry.

We had a very good stay, in a very well-appointed apartment, very clean, quiet and at the same time close to the center we wanted to visit. A warm welcome.

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Ariane's apartment is one of our absolute favorites! Very clean and well maintained, elegantly furnished, great location and Ariane is super friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the apartment!

Maggie has a well-equipped apartment, everything we needed was present up to and including an ironing board and iron. Apartment remains pleasantly cool at outside temperatures of around 30 degrees. The terrace has comfortable armchairs with footstools and a dining table with 4 chairs. During the day, there is a lot of traffic on the road that runs past the terrace and garden. Fortunately, there is little traffic noise in the evening. We could park our car on the premises and with 10 minutes walk you can reach Sarlat, as well as the Carfour market. Sarlat itself is beautiful but on a market day too busy for our taste. In the evening, it is a pleasant town for a bite and a drink.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished (choice of colors, organization of spaces), kitchen equipment and dishes are in sufficient quantity. The location in the city center is particularly pleasant for enjoying the city and getting around on foot. The apartment benefits from double glazing, sometimes necessary when there is musical entertainment nearby, and ensures, with the shutters, a pleasant coolness in the apartment, in case of high temperatures. The terrace is a real complement for outdoor dining. Not to mention the free parking available for the duration of your stay. A big thank you to Florian and his team.

Location is a gated community that has a mix of residents and rentals. Beautiful countryside view. close to town. 4 minute drive to Carrefour grocery store. Steep hill down to town would be challenging for some walkers. There were a number of stone outside steps up to the apartment level. Very clean inside the apartment with comfy beds. Water power in upstairs toilette was weak. Overall a great choice in Sarlat.

We were very well received by Josy who advised us on several restaurants and activities to do in the area. The apartment is well located, comfortable and the building is quiet. We had a lovely stay.
