From the outset, for us, it was this beautiful meeting, with Jean-Claude, owner of this lovely house that we occupied for six days, adorable, warm, discreet grandpa, with whom we were able to exchange very good moments. A pleasant building in a green setting awaited us, we enjoyed this relaxing atmosphere, which offers you an enchanted break. This pretty house has everything you need to welcome you in good conditions, the nights are quiet, only an owl was kind enough to our great pleasure, to invite itself one evening! Beautiful sites to visit at more than reasonable distances And above all, we would like to reserve a few lines for Joniss, Higgins, and Isid, the three adorable four-legged friends of Jean-claude, whom we "voluntarily" attracted with treats, they are balls of kindness, that's it, they also contributed to our happiness! Mr. Jean-Claude is also a beekeeper!!!! +++We recommend!

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Nathalie and Tim were such extraordinary hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home! The house itself is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. We were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and the pool all day and watch the sunset from our patio each evening. Such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The best part was how well taken care of we felt all week. Nathalie helped organize a tour of local vineyards, scheduled a wine tasting by the pool, and cooked dinner for us all on 2 evenings. She also had great local restaurant and market recommendations! We also loved our morning chocolatines and croissants! They were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the trip - delivering bottles of wine when we ran short, lending us a pot so that we could cook a big stew one night, and even working a miracle helping me removing a grenadine stain from a white dress I bought at a local market. I can’t recommend this wonderful home enough!

Cozy accommodation in the heart of Périgord Noir in a peaceful environment. Beautiful area and magnificent terrace. Lydia and Julien are very friendly and despite a long holiday weekend, they insisted on coming to see if everything was okay for us. Welcome with a bottle of wine. Linen and sheets that smell wonderfully good. On the other hand, the WiFi is a little slow for teleworking. I recommend it.

Such an idyllic stay! The gîte is perfectly located amidst peaceful surroundings, you really feel like you’re in the middle of the French countryside. The garden is enormous, and was a lovely area for our little girl to run around. The pool area is very clean and looks new, located within the grounds , it’s a little walk from the gite but this is great for feeling of privacy. The gite itself is well equipped, clean, spacious and remains cool even when it’s very warm outside. A home away from home. It’s very easy to park outside the front. The local village is very picturesque with restaurants, boulangerie, mini supermarket. It’s a quick drive down, but was too far for us to walk, especially in the heat. Sarah was a fantastic host, was very easy to contact and responsive. Such a wonderful introduction to the Dordogne region for my family and I100% would recommend. Merci beaucoup pour tout, Sarah. Very pleasant stay in this charming accommodation, in a beautiful and quiet nature. everything is planned, well-equipped kitchen for cooking near many beautiful Perigord villages as well as many sites to visit a welcoming and warm hostess available we highly recommend this place

A lovely villa located in a peaceful and private location. Like most of this area, a car is essential but you can spend long lazy days here is comfort. The local contact was Stephane who was excellent throughout. Overall, a lovely family focused villa with a great pool and outdoor areas.

A perfect accommodation located in the old town to take beautiful walks with an ice cream shop close by that we enjoyed. Adrien is very attentive and available to his guests Thank you again for the little gift for us and also for our cat. The accommodation is very quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped for a perfect stay, we also enjoyed the garden. We recommend the accommodation without hesitation and we will return without hesitation.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment and its terraced garden. The view from the terrace is a pleasant one overlooking rooftops and towards a hill. It was nice to meet Ralf on arrival who showed us around, explained how the apartment worked and had time to have a chat - so much nicer than arriving to a lockbox. This is a new listing so I think almost everything is brand new - which was a plus. The beds were firm and to our liking. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils - which is great as I like to cook. There is a nice dining table and chairs on the terrace as well as other outdoor furniture. The apartment is really close to the historic centre of Sarlat - probably a five minute walk. Also close by is a bakery and it is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket if you don’t want to drive to the bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The property has a locked gated entry with parking just to the side of the apartment.

the apartment is beautiful, the medieval style building delighted me, close to everything, wonderful restaurants nearby, the cathedral opposite is simply beautiful. I would definitely recommend it and will come back someday

We just spent a few days at this amazing apartment in La Roque-Gageac. The place is in a building several hundreds of years old, renovated with lots of taste, beautiful and modern bathrooms, a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs to relax in, comfortable beds. Adrien and Marion are a wonderful couple that welcomed us warmly. Our children loved their gentle dog, Indi - we loved the restaurant next door. The perfect place for a glass of wine and a taste of their remarkable food! Right in the center of la Roque-Gageac, loads of things to do such as hikes, castle visits, going to markets, cooking class, biking and canoeing (what we couldn’t do due to poor weather conditions). I highly recommend staying here! All the best to Adrien and Marion!

Our stay in Eric’s house was perfect. Stepping out into the heart of the old town was a wonderful experience every time. The location could not be more central to restaurants shops and bars. We will certainly stay again.

Very clean, very functional accommodation that fully matches the description given. Comfortable accommodation decorated with sobriety and taste. Very pleasant terrace given the excellent weather we enjoyed. Well-equipped with kitchen utensils. ; Cellar available, very convenient for us who had mountain bikes.

Last-minute accommodation requested and Stephanie and Cedric were very accommodating and responsive. Friendly exchanges and the directions to find the accommodation were very good. The accommodation is well located with regard to everything there is to do nearby.

A true haven of peace! The large garden, pool and hot tub provide a great setting for relaxing. The accommodation is comfortable, very clean and as advertised. They're thoughtful and available. A refreshing stay that I would recommend without hesitation!

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

We had a great time in this atypical and charming house. Very well-equipped, comfortable and perfectly in line with the listing. A real little cocoon, ideal for recharging. Responsive and welcoming host. We'll be happy to go back!

We stayed here in June 2025. The villa was absolutely fantastic. The location is ideal for a short drive to local towns like Sarlat, but is nestled away over looking the dordogne river! Didier was extremely helpful and proactive with communication. I could not have chosen a better place to stay.
