The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Studio centre-ville, 5 mn de la gare à pied, parking gratuit gare. Très bonne prestation, super équipé, refait entièrement à neuf, au RDC, fond de cour au calme et sécurisé. Couchage 2 personnes, 1 vrai lit queen size matelas à mémoire de forme. Appart non-fumeur. Arrivée entre 15h et 19h. Possible d’arriver en dehors de ces horaires mais avec un supplément. SDB : Douche italienne 120x70 Toilettes séparées. Chambre : Lit 160x200, TV 50’’ Placard de rangement, Fenêtres avec volets électriques.

Perfectly located, whether for a business stay or for leisure, matches, concerts and sightseeing! The 6th arrondissement is a quiet area while being close to the train station, shops and restaurants! You will be 2 steps from the entrance to the magnificent Parc de la Tête d'Or, easy access, the accommodation is a 23-min walk from Part-Dieu train station, and 13 min by bus!

Le Burlat – Studio Tassin – Lyon

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. A 10-minute walk to the center of Tassin (shops, post office...) you will be in a residential area of old houses from the beginning of the 20th century surrounded by large gardens. A little taste of peaceful countryside 15 minutes from the heart of Lyon.

Entire 2-room apartment, pleasant, accessible on one level and well located with equipped kitchen. The accommodation is located 10 minutes by car from Île Barbe, a unique place. The banks of the Saône are developed from Caluire to the center of Lyon. 900 m away is the Radiant Bellevue theater and less than 3 km away is the Michelin-starred Paul Bocuse restaurant. Buses nearby, close to the Parc de la Tête d'Or. Free public parking around the property.

Le Perchoir, cozy House in the heart of the city

This charming, small, and warm townhouse, located in a cul-de-sac in the heart of the iconic "Rue Nat" of Villefranche sur Saône, offers you immediate access to all the sites and amenities of the hyper-center, such as shops, bakeries, restaurants, supermarket, cafes, historical places, as well as its theater and cinema. In addition, the SNCF train station and the bus station are less than 200 m away, allowing direct and quick access to the accommodation.

For a short or long stay, you will be in the historic heart of Lyon in this apartment that my wife and I renovated for 6 months until February 2021. It is located on the top floor -with a view - in a typical building, dating from the 19th century, 100 m from Place des Terreaux and Hôtel de Ville de Lyon, less than 200 m from the metro station "Hôtel de Ville" and the main bus lines (C3) , and about 5 minutes from Vieux Lyon on foot.
