Located on an acre and a half, the grounds are landscaped in native plants and towering pines and oaks. A primary feature of the house is its wraparound screen porch where guests can gather for meals and to listen to the birds. Built of barge board, the cottage has been renovated with modern amenities but maintains its historic character and charm.
