Great floor plan with partial views of the river and full views of downtown New Orleans. If you want to stay someplace that is close to the action but IN the action Brad's condo is the place to be. The amenities in the condo were plentiful, adequate and well kept, parking is covered under the building with 2 spots.

House was perfect and love the location!

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting NOLA! It’s right on Canal Street with the streetcar stop right out front. It’s the perfect halfway point between the Quarter and City Park (and Greenwood Cemetery). Canal Street can be loud, but the apartment was relatively peaceful; I didn’t hear a peep out of anyone who lived there (unless they were using the stairwell), and the earplugs worked well at night to drown out any noise from the street. The apartment was very easy to get to, and it was beautiful inside. Everything was clean, well organized, and there were several personal touches that made it even more welcoming. Adele and I had communicated a bit before my arrival and she was very helpful and pleasant, and made some good suggestions. I also greatly appreciated her visitor’s guide, which is in the apartment, but which she also shared with me via Google before the trip. It really helped me plan my trip to the Crescent City. Highly recommend!

This was hands down one of the best places I've stayed at through Airbnb. No lies were told. The space was exactly as the photos showed. Just lovely! Clear instructions, easy to find, felt safe and right at home as soon as we entered the premises. 888 Barrone was a true gem and the parking app they suggested was a life saver. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Before leaving, we also had a little added surprise of a celebrity sighting👀. You just never know😊. I recommend this place 1000%! Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean und had everything we needed. The ferry to cross the Mississippi River is a short walk away. Daniel agreed to let us check out a few hours later. Thanks for your flexibility! Also, great money for value.

Casey’s place was exactly the cozy retreat we hoped for. Every corner felt thoughtfully equipped- from the soft throws on the sofa to the well-stocked kitchen- and those little touches showed how much care went into the space. Casey was incredibly generous and always quick to help, making check-in effortless and our stay completely stress-free.

Great 2 bedroom apartment with easy access to restaurants and the Interstate. Great place to stay - beds are really comfortable, two full bathrooms and lots of space to unwind in living room/kitchen. Has convenient parking directly in front of unit - quiet neighbors nd safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was spacious and well-designed. Each room was quite large and had its own bathroom, which was a significant advantage. The area was quiet, and I didn’t have to travel far to reach stores or restaurants. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

SUPER cute BNB, and with a very welcoming host! The place is so cute, and well stocked with everything you could need. Perfect location to take the ferry to the French quarter, but feel more like a local in your down time. Can't recommend it enough!

It was clean and inviting. Great area but train at night is annoying. Loud music was coming from somewhere but was over around 12:00.

If you are on the fence about this place, don’t waste another second and book it! Krystal is a terrific host and the apartment is everything you could ever ask for!

The place was exactly as it was described. It’s small but perfect for visiting New Orleans because you’re not there very often. It was very cozy and convenient. It only took around 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter when walking. We didn’t even get a car because we were able to do everything from this location. There was a coffee shop right across the street that was really good. A small market is a block away. There are also shops in the French Quarter so if you need groceries, you can get them there. The communication was excellent. They made sure to give prompt instructions on how to get to your place. We had a great time. Thank you.

I had a really great time in the home & close to everything I wanted to get to

It was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed my sister-in-law‘s bachelorette we only just wish that they have more accommodations for cleaning supplies but other than that everything else was great really close to the French Quarter in Bourbon St, which are some of the main attractions as well as some of my favorite food restaurantswhen I visit back home

The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

Our stay at the Michigan Apartment was very nice and cozy. We appreciated the attention to detail in the cleanliness of the apartment. Host was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. It was a beautiful and safe area. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. This condo was great for our French Quarter Fest vacation, the beds were comfy and it felt very safe and secure. The hot tub on the roof was especially nice after walking all day. Some things to note - two of the bedrooms are interior only, no windows, which was fine for our group but wasn’t expected, and the only bedroom with windows does get a lot of noise early in the morning (again, not a huge problem for us but just something to know). All the windows in the unit face another building so there’s not a huge amount of natural light or any view, but it was a great location and very comfortable. The two main rules are very strict - they will charge you if you get makeup on the white towels (they give you a very small washcloth for makeup removal), and they charge a lot for early check in or late check out, both were kind of a bummer - makes it feel a bit more corporate.

My husband and I had a really wonderful and memorable stay, thanks to Ian, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and even took us out on our last night in New Orleans (during Jazz Fest), which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The space itself is definitely more of a lived-in space; cozy but a little cluttered. That said, the unit is bigger than the photos lead on. There is a bonus sink/vanity right outside of the bathroom, that was certainly a plus for us when getting ready for the day/night. The location is ideal, walking distance to grocery stores, street cars, buses, and GREAT restaurants; at the same time the apt is remote and away from any street noise. We did run into an issue with the shower temperature and Ian fixed it right away. If you're someone who values a warm, local connection over a super polished space, this is your spot! Ian's hospitality is next to none!
