You'll appreciate the careful refurbishment of this 175 year old shipwright's house. In the summer you can throw open the French windows to a sunny garden. In the winter underfloor heating will keep you warm. Wight Cottage is just a few minutes walk from the marinas in Cowes. Perfect for a Cowes sailing event.

Just a few metres from the lovely pebbly Gurnard beach, this fully refurbished historical little wooden building is set back from the road and tucked away behind our wild garden. Built in 1882, our lovely cottage is a former coastguard cottage located in a row of 14 made of a number of holiday homes and permanent homes to local families. The inside of the cottage is very well appointed and very cozy. The west facing garden deck provides a good size outdoor area to sit and take in the fantastic views of Cowes harbour, the Solent beyond and the amazing sunsets. You will have access to a dedicated off street parking space.

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines.
