Caron's caravan is well equipped and spotless. It has a homely feel and is nice and cozy come the evening once curtains are pulled. Caron herself was very contactable and quick with her replies. There was a welcome basket for us on arrival and a little something for the grand children. We had the best time.

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at this lodge, it was a great location for us visiting family and getting around the island. The property had everything we required and a lovely view. Jenny was really helpful and very responsive to any messages from the point of reserving through to the day of our check out. Thank you for letting us stay Jenny and we will be back!

We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

We had the most wonderful stay at this lodge on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful caravan park just a stone’s throw from the sea, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and seaside charm. The location couldn’t be better—waking up to the beautiful sea view and being able to stroll down to the beach in just minutes was absolute bliss. The on site pool and playground were the perfect end to a day exploring for our kids, all the staff here were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, from towels, a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a lovely lounge area with the most stunning uninterrupted sea views . It felt more like a boutique coastal retreat than a lodge! Can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re after a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or a family break by the sea, this gem has it all. Thank you Rob :)

Easy to find ,about a 25 minute car journey from ferry terminal to the site. Very quiet and peaceful, not a lot to do on the site but this is what we want. Does have a club house and a restaurant and swimming pool. Plenty to do out and about Amazon Zoo 25 minute away, Sandown & Shanklin just down the road Will be back again to explore the rest of the Isle of Wight Found Crystal very helpful when needed.

A lovely stay here with great amenities. Sadly we were only informed of the snooker table being refurbished on arrival which was a shame but everything else was wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was excellent. The hot tub on the balcony was a nice touch! Thanks Nina & Max

The house was spacious and suitable for 4 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. Although alongside a main road very quiet, a local convenience store just a short walk along the main road. The lovely part of the location was walk up the road and then the costal path, one way to Shanklin and the other to Sandown, The local swimming pool is really good, also has gym facilities. A really good property to stay at, we recommend it.

I have stayed in many Airbnb properties over the years, but this surpasses them all! The location on the beach, with facilities which lacked nothing, would top anyone's expectations. The décor was bright and fresh, suiting the house perfectly. This property is of the highest standard.

Exceeded our expectations! We stayed here for a friend’s wedding held at Master Builders House Hotel and it was an easy walk to the venue and associated pub. The property is gorgeous, and Andrew was a great host. One of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in! Make sure to bring groceries with you as there isn’t much other than Henry’s pub and a casual cafe in walking distance, unless you take the 3 mile footpath through the forest to Beaulieu.

A Perfect Countryside Retreat on the Isle of Wight Our recent stay at Kern Cottage in the heart of the Isle of Wight's countryside was absolutely delightful, and we couldn't recommend it more highly. It offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The peace and quiet were exactly what we were looking for, and we enjoyed several walks right from the doorstep. The property itself was spotlessly clean. The cottage is well- appointed with a fully equipped kitchen including a small dishwasher and a washing machine. We particularly appreciated the cosy log-burner for chilly evenings and the thoughtful welcome hamper. It truly felt like a home away from home, with high-quality finishes and everything we could possibly need at our fingertips. A highlight was watching the red squirrels from the window and bottle feeding one of the orphan lambs. Thank you Georgina!

We booked the house for a family holiday for 6 adults and the property couldn’t have been any more perfect. It was immaculate throughout, a well stocked kitchen and the beds were lovely in all 3 double bedrooms. The house is perfectly located from the Red Funnel ferry, with lots of restaurants, pubs and some quaint shops within a 3 min walk. There is a great park up the road to walk your dog and West Cowes Promenade is a 10 min stroll through the high street. We all had a great time and the house made it just that bit more special. The location was perfect .. Closer to the Village yet still walkable to the beach .. house was ultra modern .. beautifully furnished , high quality crockery , glasses etc . Beds were super comfy and beautiful high quality bed linen . The outdoor space was perfect for the dog , would have loved a hot tub rather than a sauna ..( just saying 🤣) Great bathrooms huge showers .. will definitely re book

We had a fantastic week staying at this property with our family group of 11 plus two dogs. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs - spacious, stylish and very well thought out for hosting a larger group. We especially appreciated the open plan kitchen/ dining/ living space which made our family meals and evenings together really enjoyable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The welcome pack was an added bonus. The beds were all comfy and the showers good - always plenty of hot water for all of us. One of us has an electric car and it was a great convenience to be able to charge it up overnight on the driveway at the property, another reason for booking this house. We enjoyed spending time in the garden - plenty of seating there. The property was in a great location in the lovely village of Seaview being only 5 minutes walk to the beach. There were also wonderful views of the Solent from the back bedrooms. Highly recommend.

What a lovely house. Great location, lovely and quiet. Really spacious rooms that have been nicely decorated. On arrival we were welcomed with bread, milk and delicious Isle of Wight tomatoes! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Bonnie view Hilltop retreat was the perfect destination for our long weekend visit to Ventnor. Having read all the reviews, my expectations were already quite high but I can honestly say after visiting we were truly blown away! The attention to detail is next to none and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Communication was also great from beginning to end. Thanks so much for a remarkable and peaceful stay!

A truly special place. The pictures actually don’t do justice to how spacious it is, and how immaculate and well thought out it is, and the Wind in the Willows theme works perfectly in the peaceful surroundings of the riverbank. It’s a really calming and cosy place, and sitting eating breakfast by the riverbank was a joy. The spa bathroom is an extra treat on top. Chris and Judy were extremely proactive and we arrived fully informed with local recommendations and everything was easy to check in and out. We met Judy on the second day who very kindly greeted us and gave us more tips on things to do nearby. We hope one day to return!

We have just come home from our second stay at Wishing Well. As before, it’s spotlessly clean. An open airy lounge, diner and kitchen greet you on the first floor with lovely countryside views and on the ground floor you will find two beautiful en-suite bedrooms with very comfy beds. Brilliantly located with Appley beach just a five minute drive away. Isle of Wight distillery is just next door offering the delicious mermaid gin and a small but really good menu. Nicola and Penny are wonderful hosts and very proactive when answering messages nothing is too much trouble. We love returning here and are already booked in again for two weeks later in the year.

Lovely weekend break. Plenty of space and well equipped. Responded quick to our request regarding early check in, which was much appreciated. Children and adults enjoyed the games room. Lovely secluded garden. Hopefully we will be able to return in the future.

We had the most lovely stay! We felt right at home, it was beautiful and comfortable and we were in complete awe the moment we walked in. The amenities were perfect. Cannot fault anything! Kate was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back to stay again.

A beautiful house which was surprisingly quiet despite being in the centre of town. The attic bedroom was absolutely adorable. Jojo was a wonderful host who thought of absolutely everything to make our stay a home from home including games and books for the kids. It is a wonderful family home and was perfect for our holiday on the Isle of Wight. Would not hesitate to 100% recommend this property.
