Seaside villa quiet spot great Sunsets. EV Charger

Recently built by ourselves New England style detached villa with 2 bedrooms, direct sea views and a private enclosed garden. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a garden view with the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

A cosy two-bedroom terrace cottage in the heart of Cowes, perfect for up to four guests. Recently renovated, it features a wood-burning stove, a comfortable living area, and a private garden. The cottage has two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Its narrow layout and steep staircases give it plenty of character, but mean it’s not suitable for toddlers or those with limited mobility On-street parking is available. 5 min walk from West Cowes, Red Jet Hi-Speed catamaran service from Southampton

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). If in any doubt about suitability.....please message me before booking. It is perfect for 6 people, but has beds for 8 EV charger. Oct-Mar + Midweek availability message me first please

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Period Cottage in Cowes

Get away to this dear little house in the middle of lovely Cowes - up a pedestrianised mews. Cowes is a delightful little town with many independent shops and cafes. (M&S and Sainsbury's food halls too). Most of the town is pedestrianised and it's 5 minutes' walk to the esplanade. The Red Jet foot passenger ferry from Southampton is (less than) 5 minutes' walk. Bus stop to Newport is moments from the house. Comfortable King sized bed. Bedding and towels provided.

This is a charming 2 bedroom Victorian Cottage within easy walking distance to Sheppard's Wharf marina, only a few minutes walk from the town centre. It has a good size double bedroom, a single bedroom and double sofa bed. I also have additional self contained accommodation partitioned at the end of the garden, (The Garden Room) which accommodates one guest, has its own access and is available to reserve in my listings.
