A very pleasant stay in a house where you can quickly feel good. Cosy is the right term. Outdoor environment and amenities conducive to tranquility and when in addition, the weather is part of it, what more could you ask for? We had a pleasant family stay. This weekend was conducive to a total disconnection

Alexandra's house was everything the five of us, a 17-month-old child, her parents, a grandfather and an aunt, could have wished for, comfortable rooms, a spacious cooking area, a secluded and fully-enclosed garden, with a BBQ, delightful al fresco sitting and dining areas, and last, but certainly not least, a glorious pool, greatly enjoyed by all 5 of us. Ploubalay is a small town/large-ish village that has every kind of shop we needed, and is close to some lovely seaside places like StJacut and St Briac. St Malo and Mont St Michel are under an hour away, but it would be wise to get to both early, because of the crowds. Parking at St Malo is a nightmare, but why bother when Lancieux and St Lunaire are closer and easier, and there's a lovely pool and a boule piste outside your own back door? We thoroughly recommend this as a holiday home.

Marie and her husband are very welcoming hosts. Their three dogs are also adorable. We spent 3 days with our baby and the house was very nice. Bonus: the double bed is extremely comfortable!! The pool is beautiful, we would have loved to enjoy it more if the weather had been in our favor. I would recommend this airbnb!

We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are of quality. Only shadows on the board, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we have not had hot water the last 2 days without the problem being solved.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. Everything was on site for our daughter. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍

Soléne offers a lovingly furnished holiday home. We felt right at home and were greeted with a bottle of local apple juice. The location is great, a well-worn path leads to the main road. There is a bakery, a supermarket and a small beach shop. Along the road, you are immediately on the beach. The holiday home is the perfect base for excursions to St. Malo, Dinan or for short hikes on the peninsula.

Stunning house in a quiet and beautiful setting. Claudia met us as we arrived and shared some reccomendations of things to do and see in the local area. There are a couple of restaurants about 20 minutes walk away, and local towns (10 mins drive) have supermarkets and other facilities. We loved the outside-in feeling of the upstairs lounge and balcony. Kitchen was well equipped and we felt very much at home.

We were very happy with our stay at Claire and Benjamin's. Only advantages (we ended up looking for the small details that could be improved): incredible village, location of the house in this village is great (near the beaches, shops, etc. and very quiet), renovated house with very good quality materials and attention to detail, everything is well equipped and very nicely decorated (clean style with a lot of character), special mention for the very comfortable garden deckchairs and the provision of bicycles (not electric, not new, not in the best condition - but sufficient to enjoy the joy of moving around without a car in the village). Recommended without so much as a second thought.

Our 8-night stay went very well. Well located, very pleasant, quiet accommodation. We have radiated around with the proximity of the bike paths to the neighboring coasts. Very good welcome from Mathieu, he is a good advisor; a place to remember.

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. We had a great time with friends in this house. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, clean and perfectly equipped: everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is very quiet, which allows you to rest well, while being only a few minutes from the city center, which is very convenient for getting around. The house is tastefully decorated and the welcome was very warm. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the premises, the comfort of the beds and the amenities available to us (well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, etc. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and we have an excellent memory of our stay. We recommend this house without hesitation, and we will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are pretty coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

all my friends were thanking me for finding Meliza's place. we had great and peaceful time in the countryside. the house is antique but still beautilful and cozy. we felt like we were in 18th century. i recommend the experience.

Stay too short because we were in the area for a wedding. We were delighted to stay at Yannick's, the accommodation is tastefully decorated and ultra clean, as in the photos. We didn't miss anything when we arrived, everything is very well equipped. Yannick was an exceptional host and even drove us so that we could return from the party with peace of mind, like Cinderella's carriage! Accommodation as advertised. Very clean and functional. Ideal location for visiting the region and ideal location for golfers with very beautiful golf courses nearby including Dinard and Saint-Malo.

This is the second time we’ve been here, and we had a great week in Alban’s home. Lovely walk to the beach, and with a car shops and things to do and visit very close by. Comfortable and cosy home to come home to. We were two adults with our two children and our dog, and we hope to be able to come back again soon! Thank you for a great stay.
