We had a great stay! The host was very welcoming and attentive to details – communication was clear and quick and check in was done smoothly. The place is exactly like the pictures: clean, well organized and with a nice atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The area is quiet. We felt at home and we will definitely come back with love. Positive experience, the centrally located accommodation allows you to easily walk to activities in the center of Crema. Convenient parking space inside the courtyard. Comfortable and sufficiently equipped house. We highly recommend taking advantage of it.

Fantastic stay.. i asked Massimiliano if we could celebrate the first birthday of my baby and he gently accepted all of our requests giving us freedom to do whatever we wanted (respecting the spaces of course)..We had a fantastic stay and the kids enjoyed the pool even though the water was freezing. They are present always but not so intrusive so if you need something you can message and they will respond whenever they could. We recommend!

Everything was perfect in the quiet accommodation, a small sunny terrace and 15 minutes from Lake Garda. Nadia gave us good advice and in particular the small village party where we could taste local dishes. We have good memories of our short stay but we still had a long way to go. Thank you to Nadia.

Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

Gianni’s apartment was great. The balcony was such a special treat and we enjoyed our morning beverages at the table. Great location and easy to walk to everything. It is in the center of many restaurants and is loud later into the evening. But we came prepared with ear plugs so we slept fine.

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

It was very nice to be in the apartment, it is very close to the train station and the city center, you can go by bus or on foot and be there in a few minutes. The apartment is well furnished and as described in the listing. Communication with Simonne was very good and she is a very kind person. I'll go back.

Comfortable well placed apartment, within a reasonable walk to the city and with parking and a garage. Communications were prompt and very clear and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and organised. It has an airy feel helped by the insect blinds, you do need to be able to walk upstairs.

Maria is an amazing host!!! Staying at her place was like visiting with an indulgent aunt. She anticipated our every need and beyond. Her place was stunningly beautiful. Maria was cheerful and had a great personality. We overcame the language barrier with Google translator and had a few good laughs over Google’s word choices. Maria’s place was not only beautiful, it was spotless. All furnishings were top-notch. She provided lots of little snacks and espresso, taking care to provide milk selections to accommodate all dietary needs. We loved staying at her place. We left feeling pampered and cared for.

Vanessa is a very generous and available hostess.We have repeatedly stayed at her beautiful apartment and would highly recommend it. We can’wait to return.

Our stay at Villa Caffetto was simply fantastic. The villa is a true architectural masterpiece. Every detail is designed with so much love that you immediately feel comfortable and inspired. The combination of modern design, natural materials and the open space concept was impressive. We enjoyed every minute: whether at breakfast with a view of the countryside, relaxing by the pool or sitting together in the stylish lounge in the evening. The atmosphere was magical throughout.

Really good, clean and secure place. Not too far to walk to train station or centre (if able bodied). Giovanna met us personally for check in. Definitely stay again if we were to return to Piacenza. If you do do a trip to Piacenza make sure to see the dome of the Duomo and the library.

The accommodation was easy to access and very comfortable.

Quiet place just outside of the busy central city at walkable to everything you want to see. A big plus is the private parking space but be aware that anything bigger than a compact car will be difficult to park there. The wireless was a little finicky to get onto at first, but once we restarted the router and seemed to work fine thereafter. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioning cooled the entire apartment to a comfortable temperature and the double glazing made the bedroom. Very quiet for sleeping. Good choice, especially if you have a car!

Beautiful, clean apartment, which unfortunately is never taken for granted, a few steps from the station and the center. Luisa is an easy-going person who explained everything to us precisely. We'll be back.
