The apartment is fantastic. Very high quality, well directed and everything sparkling clean. The location was also great in the middle of the mountains. Only the way there was a bit difficult. Muriel had sent us a very detailed description of the route, but the google translator only translated moderately. And the driveway to the apartment is a bit tricky and definitely not for low-riding cars. We could only come down backwards. But Muriel had a good and quick solution for this too, because we were allowed to park on the neighbors' meadow. Really everything is great for people who like peace and nature.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this renovated forest house with great taste and attention. Congratulations for the attention to detail given to every aspect of the decoration and layout. The living room with the piano is an extraordinary piece of rest. The house is not only beautiful and extremely comfortable, but it also offers from the terrace a breathtaking view of the still snowy mountain ranges. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a unique, authentic place with a breathtaking view. A big thank you to Eric and Dominique for this unforgettable experience!

We had a great stay, it was easy to get around by car to visit the city of Annecy, there was also free relay parking, it's ideal. It's great for walking or cycling. Lots of amenities around the house (grocery store, restaurants, bike rental). The house was as seen in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy. Also very nice welcome on arrival by the host!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this place. We were 4 adults and 4 children. Cleanliness was great. The very peaceful place. We were able to enjoy the terrace, the barbecue and the swing thanks to perfect weather. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating about the arrival time, which was changed due to traffic jams at the Swiss border. Beautiful house that has been carefully renovated and bcp of taste. The listing is totally consistent with the photos and explanations. Quality amenities, comfortable bed, and absolute cleanliness. The house is located in a calm and soothing setting. Perfect for our WE via ferrata. Cave a carret and the veyrand rock. i would 100% recommend this host.

The gate is at the foot of a beautiful oak tree. The private path goes down between the beeches and the hydrangeas, and, past the golden cedar, arrives at an esplanade where the extraordinary view of the lake, its islands and the Épine massif is revealed. The house is all in length, with three bedrooms with breathtaking views and one on the back. The living room is generous and flanked by a large veranda. Outdoor armchairs and a multi hectare park, a pond, a spring, and several levels. In the evening, the fireplace replaces the view. Many excellent restaurants within a 15 minute drive. And the lake, so special green.

Impeccable accommodation and as described! Arrival instructions could be more synthetic, it would be simpler. The wellness area is very nice, but small in case of high traffic (it is common to many apartments).
