This small house with no immediate neighbors, with over 3000m2 of garden/vegetable patch and in close proximity to the medieval village of Le Crestet, is the perfect place to recharge, go cycling (Mont Ventoux nearby), enjoy the surrounding vineyards, or simply wander the hiking trails located at the bottom of the house. The heat pump allows this house to be warm in winter and cool in summer.” The house consists of a living room/kitchen of about 35m2, a main bedroom of 15m2, a small bedroom of 9m2, as well as a bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine and dishwasher.

Village house with pool, host available June–October

House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1 to October 31: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.
