The heat pump allows this house to be warm in winter and cool in summer.” The house consists of a living room/kitchen of about 35m2, a main bedroom of 15m2, a small bedroom of 9m2, as well as a bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine and dishwasher.

House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1 to October 31: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability.
