Holiday rentals with breakfast in Crete

This is a gem in the heart of the old city. We loved staying here and walking everywhere! Close to the bus stop for day trips too which was so nice. Would gladly return to this spot!

Leo was incredibly friendly and highly responsive throughout our stay. The house was spotless upon arrival and generously stocked with bottled water, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit – a very thoughtful touch. We also received a detailed list of 30 different things to see and do in the area, which really enhanced our visit. The flexible checkout time was also much appreciated. I can definitely recommend staying at one of their properties.

Es war perfekt! Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub mit 2 Kindern dort gemacht und waren total begeistert. Die Lage der Wohnung insb. die Nähe zum Stand ist perfekt. Wir hatten für die gesamte Zeit einen Mietwagen, was ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen kann. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass der Pool separat ist und man so z.B. beim Essen keine Angst haben muss, dass die Kinder reinfallen. Charalampos ist ein super Gastgeber, sehr aufmerksam und antwortet sehr schnell. Wir waren uns danach einig, dass wir uns vorstellen können wieder zu kommen. Absolute Empfehlung!!

Superbe logement dans un petit village paisible. Très bonnes tavernes accessibles a pied. Le logement est superbe, la décoration soignée, la literie très bonne et tout est très propre! Accueil sympathique. Notre séjour était trop court! Avva répond rapidement aux messages. Je recommande fortement cette maison!

We loved the house. It is charming and very pleasant. A short distance from a wonderful beach (15mn by car).

My wife and stayed at Yayas cosy house for 7 nights having spent some 3 nights in Chania then 4 nights in Piskopiano. Nikolas is a fantastic host and his house is one of the best holiday homes we’ve stayed in. The accommodation has two bedrooms and could easily accommodate a family of four. Yayas house is very well equipped with everything we could ever need for our stay. We spent lazy mornings and evenings in the courtyard and rear garden having coffee or wine and reading our books. This is a place to unwind and relax. A car is essential and there are many beaches within easy reach, some much more busy than others but we were able to find several smaller beaches which were very quiet and peaceful. Neapoli is a 2 minute drive away and we visited almost everyday to buy cakes and have a coffee at the wonderful bakery in the main ‘square’. Nikolas recommended several tavernas within 5 minutes drive. All were excellent with traditional food at great prices. We would definitely recommend.

Fabulous spacious area. Home away from home. Clean and comfortable. Lots of unexpected extras, from biscuits and chocolates to various coffee making choices. Generous with milk, coffee, tea, jams and toast. We like to do our own cooking so enjoyed the large kitchen. Place is cool but heating efficient if required. Host responded to any queries reasonable quickly. Mapia was friendly and helpful. less than ten minute walk to old town and waterfront. Close to bus station, supermarket cafe and restaurants. Loved our stay in Chania.

Vasilis & Popi sind hervorragende Gastgeber! Bei Ankunft erwarteten mich ein großer Obstkorb und Getränke:) Vasilis fragte immer wieder nach, ob alles in Ordnung sei, brachte frische Eier aus eigener Hühnerhaltung vorbei und gab hilfreiche Erläuterungen zum Einkauf in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön renoviert und sehr strandnah gelegen. Das Zentrum ist über die Promenade fußläufig über einen etwas längeren, aber wunderschönen Spaziergang sehr gut zu erreichen. Mehr geht nicht! Ich habe mich absolut wohlgefühlt😊.

Ellie is an incredible host who goes out of her way to make sure you have what you need. Her recommendations when we asked about things were excellent. During our stay we were most excited about how peaceful, quiet and beautiful it was. We were not interested in doing tours. We wanted quiet and that is exactly what we got. Incredible place. petite maison de ville dans une petite rue tranquille. De l'espace, clim appréciée, grande salle de bain, bonne connexion wifi. Si vous aimez dormir dans le noir, prévoyez un masque. Emplacement pour la voiture idéal mais pas facile pour s'y placer, bien pour une petite voiture. 15 mm à pied du port et de la plage. Supermarché à 2mm. Agios est une très belle ville animée le soir. Beaucoup de beaux villages aux alentours, des gens adorables, de bons restaurants, brefs de très belles vacances. Je recommande. Maria est très gentille et a été réactive à notre petit problème.

Bellissimo posto difronte alla spiaggia e vicino a Balos. Sara parla in Italiano e per me è stata una cosa preziosissima! Gentilissime le ragazze che erano alla ristorazione. Buonissima la colazione offerta, sia dolce che salata! Io lo consiglio perché facendo base qui potete vedere le più belle spiagge di Creta.

We had the best week at Urban Sea apartment! First of all the apartment was extremely clean and beautiful with all organized, we had everything we needed and more! Manolis met us to do the check in and show everything, we had all the amenities listed and he even left some food for breakfast and quick sandwiches (and even delicious oranges hand picked by his father-in-law), what made it so easy the first day since we arrived late at night! Also the location was just perfect, 5 minutes (or even less) from the beach, around 15 minutes from the old town (going by the beach, amazing views!), and we had bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy, anything we needed within few minutes walking. Manolis sent us many recommendations and was available anytime we needed! We are definitely coming back to Chania and will stay in Manolis apartment!

Und hat der Aufenthalt bei Maria sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, sauber und super ausgestattet. Da wir über das Wochenende da waren (und die Wohnung sehr nah an den Restaurants und Bars liegt), sowie die Kirche morgens läutet, war es nachts relativ laut. Dieses war uns aber auf Grund der vorherigen Bewertungen bewusst und wir hatten gute Ohrstöpsel dabei :)

Wir hatten spontan die Unterkunft von Bledar gebucht. Bledar antwortete schnell und wir konnten zum Glück noch spät Abends in die Unterkunft einchecken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und hat eine top Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Bledar und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich. Als Bonus gab es noch Frühstück im Familienrestaurant nebenan. Ich komme gerne wieder!

We had a very pleasant stay at Dafni‘s place. She is a great host, very friendly and easy communication - also a clean space! Big recommendation.

Siamo stati in totale relax in un posto bellissimo. La finestra dell’’alloggio si affaccia sulla bellissima spiaggia. Tre gradini e sei direttamente in mare. Buon ristorante e Nikos e il personale estremamente cordiale e gentile. Il benessere a portate di mano.

Julie and Richard are perfect hosts with tons of local knowledge and who proactively go out of their way to ensure you have the perfect stay. On top of that, they are simply lovely people who make you feel very welcome into their home, while allowing you all the autonomy and privacy you could want.

This is by far the best place we’ve stayed in Greece. From the owners to the rooms, to the pool and the location it was perfect. Breakfast was lovely every morning and the staff were so attentive and generous. The room’s decor was gorgeous and a minute walk from all of the restaurants, bars, beach and shops. I couldn’t have asked for anything more! We will absolutely be booking again!

Extremely welcoming and kind Hosts. The building is already a bit older but totally clean and with love to detail at the pool area. According to the Price performance ratio. Breakfast included. It has been lovely 2 nights.

The lady at the reception is very pleasant. She explained what we should see and how to spend our days during the vacation. She helped us navigate the area. The accommodation was clean. The furniture in the accommodation was old but well-preserved. The style of the interior is Medieval, but the accommodation is simple and functional. Someone who appreciates this style of interior design would enjoy it.

This is a family owned hotel, ideal to experience Cretan hospitality and the beautiful beaches and lands of Chania! Giorgos and his father were amazing by all means. They welcomed us with treats and helped us find local restaurants and information. Very close to Chania town, amazing beaches like Falassarna and next to the port for daily cruises to Balos and Elafonisi. The rooms were spot clean, spacious with amazing view towards the sea. Giorgos and his father prepared us freshly cooked tyropita and omelette for breakfast which we enjoyed by the beach. Great opportunity for relaxing vacation in Chania! Thank you! Tip: do not miss to dine at Akrogiali taverna for fresh fish nearby!

Pension située en plein centre de Rethymnon mais très calme car elle se situe au fond d’une petite rue. Tout est donc accessible facilement a pied. Les chambres sont grandes, simples et propres. Il y a un jardin ombragé très agréable pour se reposer et pour le petit déjeuné très copieux servi par Giannis. Nous avons été très bien accueillis !
