It consists of 3 bedrooms ( 2 with double bed and 1 with bunk bed) possibility to transform the sofa into a bed! This beautiful place is fully equipped. It also consists of an outdoor pool, bocce court and foosball table.

All shops 5 min 1 hour from the Atlantic coast (La Rochelle or Royan), Futuroscope, Puy du Fou 35 min from Niort, Poitevin marshes Relax in this quiet and elegant house, with kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a dining room. the other part of the house is being renovated and is not currently accessible. Come and relax the sunset through fields.
