Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Our six apartment holiday house, together with the accompanying facilities such as a swimming pool, bowling, children's playground and a sauna offers everything you need for a relaxed and pleasant holiday. Plaza Apartments are located in the center of Opatija, on the adress Maršala Tita 128, 30 meters from Slatina beach, the Opatija Lungomare promenade and many other historical sights of Opatija. They are located in a historic building which was completely restored and equipped in 2021. They are a combination of historical architecture and contemporary design that captivates with its simplicity and charm. It contains 15 apartments decorated in neutral tones with modern furniture.

Round house by the beach

Rustic, old and simple round house (former windmill) protected by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia. The house is a few minutes away from the center of town Cres. The beach is in front of the house, with a long promenade along the coast, including plenty of sports activities, especially for cycling. In the garden around the house there is a large cedar and local herbs that you can use in the kitchen. In the garden, guests enjoy the sunny places or the shade.
