With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, an equipped kitchen and a library, a large unenclosed wooded lot of 4025 m2 bordering the Manse, a 25m2 terrace, you will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in the land of the castles of the Loire and vineyards! Magnificent ecolodge located in an outbuilding of the Mazeraie manor. The building has been restored with ecological and local materials. The very luxurious interior furnishings and the incredible view will give you a unique experience. The manor ideally located at the gates of Tours and near the various motorway axes will allow you to radiate to visit cellars and castles. Nature lovers, the croaking of frogs from March to August and the wood fire in winter will delight you.

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

Located in the heart of Touraine, its vineyards and the richness of its cultural and historical heritage, you will find this cottage adjoining a small stable and offering a beautiful view of a wooded park. You will appreciate the calm of the place and enjoy the comfort of your home. Artannes/Indre and its shops are 5 minutes away and, in less than 30 minutes you can reach Tours, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau Castle, Chinon, etc. Allow 1 hour to reach Beauval Zoo.
